  Dear Sarah Meg and I would like to thank you for choosing the apartment at Blancs-Manteaux in the fabulous area of Marais for our stay in Paris recently. We enjoyed every moment. The apartment was Great, Comfortable and Spacious and in a prime location to restaurants,cafes, boutiques, galleries etc During our correspondence with Sarah to make our booking we found Sarah to be most informative and friendly person promptly answering any questions we had in such a honest and friendly manner that it gave us a comfortable feeling. Her attention to detail was something that gave us a lot of assurance knowing that we were dealing with a very special person who knew Paris and the wants of travelers. Thank you Sarah for everything you did to make our holiday in Paris a very special and memorial one. We could not have chosen a better person to assist us. We no doubt will be using your apartments once again when next we visit Paris.

  We discovered this apartment after watching the 'Getaway' show on TV in Australia. Every piece of the report was true we found out. The apartment was our home for two weeks - we wanted to live like a Parisian! The Marais area is a colourful vibrant part of Paris. Shopping for the fashionista at heart! So many street cafes nearby to sit, eat, drink coffee and people watch. We were without a vehicle so walking was our mode of transport. Not that we were concerned with that - everything is so close by, The Louvre, The Notre Dame, Bastille Tower, Le Jardin du Tuilleries, even the Eiffel Tower. We did need to use the rail system to travel out to disneyland. We found the station easily and close by. Trains departed from the station to Disneyland every 20 minutes or so. On our arrival we met the owner. She even assisted us with our luggage up the stairs. We found the apartment to be comfortable, clean, well maintained and had everything we needed. The decor certainly had some interesting peices - obviously the owner is a lover of dance and art. It really made us feel at home and not in a sterile environment that a Hotel would. Neighbours in the surrounding apartments from the courtyard were always friendly and smiling. A cleaner visited once a week to tidy up providing fresh linen and towels, although there was a spare set provided if required. Another advantage was remitting payment for the two weeks rent in advance meant that I was able to properly budget for day to day living expenses without being concerned about reducing the amount of my travelling money with rent expenses. More for shopping....and those georgous shoes in Paris. Looking at the listing photos makes me want to return - maybe two weeks wasn't enough to satisfy my love for the area. Hopefully I'll return there again soon.....
