The beach level 'Outdoor Living Room' has a gas grill and grilling tools, table with umbrella and eight chairs, four lounge chairs, outdoor lighting and beach shower. Entertain friends and enjoy the sea breeze from the outdoor living room on the beach level deck. Sit on the main level deck at the teak bar height table with four chairs or lounge on one of two beautiful teak chaises and enjoy a spectacular view of the setting sun. The third level private balcony deck has two cushioned chaises right outside your master bedroom. Come and enjoy a piece of Heaven and make memories for you, your family, or your friends that will last a lifetime.
Step off your deck right onto the beautiful white sand beach. This unique property includes beautiful comfortable decor, personally selected by the owners. The Town home has three real bedrooms (with a area that can convert to a 4th bedroom) with three and a half baths - (sleeps 2-12). The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceiling with fan, private bath and loft. The second bedroom has a double bed, ceiling fan and private in suite bath.
The finished beach level features a living area with a queen sleeper sofa that can be converted into a 4th bedroom with a closet. This area has a great view! It also has a kitchen/dining area. The beach level third bedroom has a queen bed and separate bath. A twin-roll-a-bed and 2 queen air mattresses are also available. Main level includes tiled entry, half bath, laundry has an LG front loading washer and dryer, pantry, living room with two queen sleeper sofas, dining room, wet-bar, kitchen with beautiful Spanish tile countertops and backsplash, stainless LG dishwasher and stainless LG French door refrigerator. Free WiFi access.

We absolutley loved staying at Green Reef 19! The accomodations were above and beyond our expectations and conveniently located! We woke up at 6 every morning to watch the dolphins and they were there without fail! It was spectacular and we decided this would be a place we would come back over and over because we were so pleased with the amenities and the bargain! We feel so fortunate to have found this property. It is well taken care of and we felt so at home the moment we stepped inside. The décor is lovely and the furnishings comfortable. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We loved the views from the windows and decks. The decks were a great place to enjoy our morning coffee, catch some sun or watch beautiful sunsets. We especially loved being able to step off the lower deck and sink our toes into soft white sand for a stroll down the beach. We loved the large living area on the main floor as there is plenty of room for a family to spread out and not feel crowded. The location is perfect with lots of places nearby to eat. The owner was a delight to work with. We have been telling all our friends and neighbors what a perfect place this was to stay and only hope we can return again as a week is just not long enough!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Our family of 6 all loved our stay at this lovely property. We felt so at home the moment we stepped inside. This home is very well taken care of. Everything we needed was at our fingertips. The nice large living area on the main floor had plenty of room for us all to be together yet not crowded. Loved the views from the windows and loved the decks on each level. They were great places to enjoy our morning coffee or watch beautiful sunsets. Especially loved the lower deck where you could step right off and sink your toes into that powder soft white sand. The large table on that deck was perfect for eating out. Our only suggestion is to have more chairs for that table, since there were only four usable chairs when we were there. But I know that Brenda will remedy that as she was a delight to work with and wants everyone to have the best possible time. We hope to return sometime, one week is just not long enough!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

Thank you for letting me know. I'm really sorry that there were only four chairs for you to use around the outdoor dining table, sometimes things fall through the cracks. We are always appreciative of our guests letting us know how we can make our beach house even better. The outdoor items take a beating with the constant salt air and sun. It is hard to keep up with Mother Nature at the beach! I immediately ordered two new plantation grown teak arm chairs and 4 teak side chairs. Let me know how you like them when you return. This is our second year of staying at Green Reef #19 and were just as happy as we were the first year. The townhome is spacious, comfortable and in a great location. You can't beat the large decks and walking out your door to the beautiful beach. We hope to come back every year! Brenda was very accomodating and easy to work with. It was just a wonderful experience all the way around!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This property was very nice and had amazing views! It was a perfect place for a family vacation. Just steps from the beach, this was truly the way to go. Great location right on the beach! There were 11 in our party, 8 adults and three children, and the layout of the house provided just the right amount of area to congregate in, or slip away for some quiet time. All of us agreed if we return to Destin, this would be where we would want to stay again.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I can't say enough about Dolphins Run. From the first moment we arrived, we felt as if we had found paradise. The home was beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we could need and more. There were 12 of us all together yet we had more than enough room and sleeping accommodations for everyone to feel very comfortable. My favorite part was the beach level deck where I spent most of my time and ate many meals there. We also enjoyed seeing dolphins every morning and evening from the upper decks. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Destin now that we have been spoiled by our experience here. Thank you, Brenda, for sharing such an amazing piece of Heaven. Hello!, A quick note to let you know our stay in Destin was wonderful. We were blessed with perfect weather, lots of sunshine and temperatures which were ideal. My 75 year old mother was able to enjoy the beach on several occasions and the covered lower deck was perfect for her to feel close to the beach and the activity. The direct access to the beach was absolutely fantastic. I can't even imagine having to pack up every day and cross the street with my grandchildren just to enjoy the beach. This feature you offer your guests is such a huge reason the vacations are so enjoyed. The layout of the townhome was very functional. It allowed everyone to have their private space when needed and the main floor was fabulous to have the entire family together in the evenings. I think my favorite part was having the 3 separate deck areas that provided spectacular views and everyone was able to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. We seated the entire family on the lower level deck for lunch and dinner meals. Breakfast and morning coffee were enjoyed on the main level deck each morning. The “canopy of magical stars” was enjoyed every night from the deck adjoining the master suite! We were able to see the dolphins from the beach on one of our days. The location of the townhome was ideal for grocery shopping, souvenirs and fabulous resturants nearby. The private beach really made for a exceptional beach experience for my family. The difference was made clear when we would take our walks on the beach. As we would walk in either direction, those areas were so congested with beach chairs and umbrellas, it really made us appreciate our own private beach. Our view was never impeded by people sitting in front of you. Thank you again for providing a wonderful home for our family to enjoy! The memories we shared this past week will never be forgotten!! We are already planning our return in a few years to celebrate more milestones within our family. We hope that this current storm does not bring further damage to the lovely white sand beaches and that your home stays safe. I was in charge of finding a place for a multifamily vacation. Brenda, the owner, was FABULOUS to work with. Quick to respond and easy to talk to. What a breath of fresh air after contacting probably a hundred rentals. This townhouse has it ALL! and I mean it. Before you pack make sure you ask Brenda if they already have it there, odds are they do! We WAY over packed. We didn't even need our pack and play or beach chairs, everything was there already. PROS: ~ number 1 PRO - LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Private, not crowded, literally steps to the stand. ~ spacious ~ PERFECT for multi family trips for privacy and no noise traveling into rooms ~ beautifully decorated. not over the top, just comfortable and tasteful ~ amazing decks, great for entertaining ~ views - you can see the city on each side and the beach view is breathtaking ~ easy parking ~ close to everything ~ clean, comfortable furniture CONS (but not really) ~ this place has ruined me for any other rental in Destin and we have been to Destin five times in different condos/resorts. ~ not a con for us, but if you are looking for a swanky resort with pools, etc. you won't find it here. (This is a comfortable, family friendly townhouse with the best location. You will feel like it is your second home. The furniture is actually COMFORTABLE!) ~ I want to be there NOW. :) Thanks for a wonderful time and for making me look like a vacation-rental-finder-HERO.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We are pleased that you are considering our home on the beach for your vacation. We hope you’ll make many wonderful and treasured memories from your stay at Green Reef and come back again and again. Our Story About 25 years ago we started coming to Green Reef, it was love at first site! Walking along the shore we promised ourselves that one day we would own a townhome in Green Reef. We have looked at property from Panama City to Pensacola, never finding anything quite like our beloved Green Reef. Then in March 2004 we got a call from our Realtor that a town home in Green Reef had come onto the market. We drove down on a Saturday and had an offer in on Monday. Our dream became a reality on April 30, 2004. We have gone to great lengths to try to make our home comfortable and inviting, personally selecting each item. We want you to enjoy your stay and have a great time. We also hope you’ll treat our home with the same respect and care that you would your own or a best friend’s home. We know that accidents can happen and if you have a “mishap” please let our house manager know so that we can take care of any problems. We would much prefer to bring in the maids to clean up a spill; or the handyman in to fix or replace something broken than let it go for our next guests to find and become unhappy about. For family fun and beach town atmosphere: Lucky Snapper Grill & Bar; or Harbor Docks is called the heart and soul of Destin Don’t miss Dewy Destin Seafood Restaurant and Market (owned & run by descendents of the founders of Destin). Destin has a proud heritage and reputation as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”.
You can’t say shopping without mentioning the Silver Sands Factory Stores. You can definitely “shop ‘til you drop”!
The Bad Ass Coffee Co. has great coffees and latte as well as sandwiches. Don’t miss some of the local wines at the Emerald Coast Wine and Gift Shop. Spend the day at Seaside; try Bud & Alley’s for lunch or dinner. You’ll also enjoy walking around Seaside and all the wonderful shops or all the different architectural styles. If antiquing is high on your list, you’ll love browsing through Smith Antiques, west of the Silver Sands Mall on US Highway 98 or Antiques on Holiday. Kathleen’s Kottage is a bit of a drive out US Highway 331, just before the bridge.
For the kid’s, Big Kahuna’s seems to be a favorite. You’ll find numerous boat charters listed in the yellow pages. Everything from sport fishing charters for the serious fisherman; party boat charters; romantic sunset or dolphin cruises. Watersports are abundant on the Emerald Coast. Destin offers everything from Pontoon, Powerboat, Hobie Cat, and Sailboat rentals. You’ll never lack for something to do in Destin, but don’t miss just sitting on the deck with your favorite cool beverage and watching the sunset. Nothing is more relaxing than hearing the waves and watching the ocean as it turns from gold to silver.
