Pet friendly, spacious and luxurious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with games room, private screened pool and Jacuzzi. Pool & deck are south facing and overlook a large pond.
The home is approximately 10 minutes from Disney and within 5 minutes of grocery stores and restaurants.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with full sized bed below and twin above. There is also a sofa bed.
There are two lounge areas and a large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
For outdoor dining, there is a table on the lanai and also a gas grill. The lanai has a retractable awning.
The main lounge area has a 60' TV and a DVD player. The master bedroom also has a TV.
The games room has a pool table (that also converts to table tennis) and a fooseball table. The home is also equipped with free wifi and all telephone calls within the US & Canada are free.
This home has a maximum sleeping capacity for 9. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds with a twin-size on top and a full-size below. The sleeper-sofa in one of the two living rooms sleeps two people.
Beautifully furnished there is ample kitchen equipment, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, range, washer, drier, towels, linens etc. There is also a gas grill on the deck.
There is a big-screen TV & DVD player in one of the two living rooms and a large TV in the master bedroom with a VCR.
The home also offers free wireless Internet access and free long distance calls in the US & Canada.
The lanai has a retractable cover for shade over the eating area.
This home is located in Liberty Village; a peaceful subdivision situated approximately 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance and 15-20 minutes from Seaworld. Universal is about 20 minutes away and Legoland is anout 40 minutes away. Old Town area just 7 minutes away. Discount tickets for most attractions are available.

we've rented property before but this is one of the most convenient locations for a Disney vacation and the house is well laid out for family activity. seniors appreciate the one level and grab bar to get in and out of the pool, moms appreciate no stairs when chasing kids and even a convenient side yard to let out the family pet. the bedrooms are far enough to not be disturbed from the noise of the main room and bathrooms are very roomy. and great to have access to a laundry room so traveling with just a carry on is more than enough. if i return to the area, i will definitely rent this house again. you wont be disappointed in your decision.Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. we were in Florida for a softball tournament. Loved everything about this house didnt want for anything everything we needed wasin the house. The pool is awesome.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

I just wanted to let everyone know what a nice property this was! Clean, bright and spacious! We had a wonderful time and the kids really enjoyed the pool!! The management company (Kathy @ Florida Leisure) was extremely nice & everything was perfect! Thank you for making this such a great stay & anniversary. We would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.
