We are very happy to be the owners of this great beach getaway in Queens Grant in the world-famous Palmetto Dunes Resort!
Our villa, unit 679, features two spacious bedrooms, two full private baths. The master features a king bed and TV/DVD. The guest bedroom features two double beds with a TV/VCR for your enjoyment.
The living room is very open with high ceilings, perfect for family gatherings and get togethers. We have remodeled the villa and it features all new furniture, plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. This room also features a TV/DVD/VCR and CD player. In addition our unit offers DSL Internet service.
The kitchen area is also very open and large and is fully stocked for the cooks in the family!
The best thing about Queens Grant is the location. Just a short walk to the beach (approximately 8 minutes) the General Store, tennis center, golf courses, restaurants, and Shelter Cove Harbour's many shops and restaurants. Queens Grant also features several pools, one of which is located just around the corner from our unit.
Our NO SMOKING/ NO PETS unit is easy to find, conveniently located in the Georgetown section of Queens Grant, close to the many bike paths that wind throughout Palmetto Dunes.
