  Our Family 6 adults and 2 dogs loved this home! Very comfortable, nice amenities and plenty of room.

  My family returned for Christmas again this year. There was a lot of snow this year, and my son had a problem with his tire chains. I contacted Perry for help on Christmas day, and he was quick to respond, and pointed us in the direction we needed to resolve my son's issue. The pictures of this property accurately depict it. It isn't especially fancy, but it is very comfortable, is well maintained, and has what you need. The next time I stay here (hopefully this summer) I will probably bring a few sharp knives.

  We had a great time at Perry's house for a girl's get away weekend! It slept all 5 of us comfortably. The hot tub and the fire pit were great, although we never actually got around to using the fire pit. We also appreciated the iPod docking station. A lot of homes that I have stayed at in the past don't offer a way to play music, so that was a nice touch. Downtown was just a short walk away. I would definitely recommend!

  The pictures do a great job depicting the house - very comfortable, appreciate the fully fenced yard with a dog. Fantastic location, able to walk to multiple restaurants, brew pubs, newport market from the house. quiet neighborhood, we look forward to coming back soon!

  Humans and dogs will be happy at this sweet spot in west Bend. It was a fabulous home base for our hiking and kayaking day trips, and a great place to relax, cook and hang out in the evening. The house is clean, comfortable and well appointed with simple IKEA furnishings and original art. (Only request is for a coffee grinder!) Ceiling fans kept the place comfortable in spite of warm temps. Our two dogs were blissed out in the large fenced yard. They also enjoyed walks over the Deschutes to Drake Park, just a quick stroll to the west. We appreciated the wi-fi and iPod dock in the kitchen. The hot tub was out of order until our last day there, so we didn't have a chance to use it or the fire pit. Next time! Whether you want to cook or eat out, the location makes it easy to do both well. The nearby Newport Market is stocked to please any foodista (check out the sushi...surprisingly fresh & tasty). Good bakeries, coffee, etc. are close by in the neighborhood, with restaurants and breweries in downtown Bend an easy walk, ride or – heaven forbid – drive away. We'll be back! Thanks, Perry.

  This home was a perfect fit for our stay in Bend. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood downtown near the river/park, much is within walking distance or a short drive. All is just as represented on the listing. Neat, clean, remodeled cottage. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. Our teenagers really enjoyed the bonus room above the garage - movies and ping pong. This place isn't flashy, but try it out. It's like home.

  What an awesome house! It's in the perfect location- we could walk or bike to markets, restaurants, brew pubs, parks and trails. The house was beautiful, very comfortable and perfect for our family of 7 adults, a baby and dog. We loved the back yard with the fire pit, hot tub and fenced yard for privacy. We'd definitely stay here again- thanks Perry!

  6 of us stayed here and there was plenty of room for more if you needed it. The bonus room on the garage was a nice place to hang out. It was an easy walk to downtown, it was very nice to not have to drive to go out. It was the perfect location for us to enjoy all Bend has to offer and be a close drive to the mountain for skiing. We would definitely stay here again!

  You could not possibly want more with this little bungalow. Plenty of room. Outdoor space and game room truly a bonus! Walking distance to bakery, resturant, and brew pub. We will definitely come back and spend more time with our Bend family!
