There's no better location to stay in Missoula than Downtown at The Wilma. This historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!
This spacious 1 bed, 2 bath condo provides a true home away from home! The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and private master bath with a lovely walk-in slate shower and beautiful spa lighting. The raised living room is a great place to soak up the urban and country views, read by the fireplace, or catch the game on TV. Let others sit around the large island as you cook in the kitchen or just enjoy the views from the six over-sized windows that wrap around this beautiful unit. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!
Also in walking distance are the U.S. Forest Service Northern Regional Headquarters, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Saint Patrick's Hospital, The International Heart Institute, and Adams Center Event and Entertainment Arena. You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!
When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect!
One off-street parking spot is included. For our extended stay guests, weekly linen & cleaning service is provided.

Booked the room for 3 nights for a client coming into town for business. The client loved the place and the stay in Missoula. Athena is great to work with and to help find other cool hangouts in Missoula!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
Owner response: Bryan, I'm so glad you were able to bring your business to Missoula! The Wilma is a great place to stay after talking business around the dinner table at one of the many downtown restaurants. And the bonus of this condo is there is room in the living area or dinning area to meet too. We can't wait to welcome your next client!

Our stay at the Wilma 383487 was super. Lots of space for our friends to visit, sit. Fun for me because none of them knew of the rooms to rent at the Wilma! We love to be downtown and to walk to dinner, dancing, breakfast. Will stay again another time.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
Owner response: I'm so happy you found this great space for your birthday stay and that you were able to entertain your local friends in it. It was so nice to have you!!

Our family had a great time going to First Night activities, which were all within walking distance or a short drive. We enjoyed Sushi Hanna's special New Year's menu but there are many great restaurants within walking distance. Since many restaurants are closed on the first of January, we made our own meals at the condo and it was a joy in the well-planned kitchen. Throughout our stay we had a gorgeous view of the Missoula skyline and the Clark Fork River plus, we were just an elevator ride away from movies at the historic Wilma Theatre. This was a great family outing, although our kids are in college so it may not be for people with small children.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.
Owner response: Wow, you did a lot in your short stay, love it! I'm glad you found that our elevator, Otis, was able to take you right where you needed to go :-) We look forward to your return.

The condo unit is well furnished and comfortable. The location in downtown Missoula is excellent. Restaurants and stores very close. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. The bed and couch are comfortable though the bedroom is on the small size. The unit was very clean when we arrived but there is no daily maid service except on prior arrangement. The only small downside is that the unit fronts the street and can be a little noisy, but all in all a most pleasant stay in a lovely unit. Would give it 4.5 starsRecommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+.
Owner response: Thanks for staying with us here at the Wilma. We are glad you enjoyed your urban downtown stay and all that the kitchen had to offer! I hope to see you next time. And if you need a little more quiet we can make that happen on the other side of the building!!

We loved Wilma 6-4! This is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Missoula for any reason. We are former Missoula residents who were returning for vacation/catching up with old friends, and the Wilma was our ideal base of operations. All the attractions of downtown, the University, and the Clark Fork River are within easy walking distance. The apartment is stunning with oversize windows along the north and east walls with incredible views of Missoula and the surrounding mountains. It's beautifully decorated, spacious, extremely clean, and well-stocked. Athena was a gracious and thoughtful host and everything was well-organized with clear communication. This was absolutely one of our best vacation rental experiences. We can't wait to come back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
Owner response: Wow, I'm overwhelmed. I'm so glad you had great time. I'm especially glad you completely enjoyed what downtown Missoula has to offer. We look foreward to your next visit!!

I highly recommend this beautiful one-bedroom 2 bath unit in the heart of Missoula. I was fortunate to have an extended stay in late winter and spring and couldn't have been happier. It is a great place to relax, entertain and explore. The unit is well stocked with quality furnishings, appliances and kitchen ware. The views of the city, mountains and Clarke-Fork River couldn't be more spectaular from the 6 large picture windows on the sixth floor. It is within walking distance to the farmers market, running/walking trails along the river and all of downtown and the University of Montana. Athena, the property manager is very helpful in making recommendations about things to do and places to eat during your stay. It is very comfortable unit for 4 people. The unit is very clean and well kept and it is a treat to stay in the historic Wilma Theater Building. You will not be disappointed and the stay will be memorable.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I stayed in this apartment for three months during the birth of my son. It was so nice having a central location where I could access all the shops and restaurants in downtown Missoula. I would take walks along the Clarkfork River as I prepared to give birth and then after my baby was born. At night I watched Missoulians enjoy the nightlife, including the Wilma theater just 5 levels downstairs. My parents enjoyed visiting and using the pull out leather sofa in the living room space. It was so nice to cook in the lovely kitchen and have two bathrooms - one for myself and one for visitors. This is a great condo if you like cooking, as well. All in all, a very elegant condo and it was more than comfortable!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay in Missoula was unbelievable, thanks in large part to this amazing condo! The amenities are wonderful, the shower spectacular, and the kitchen is fully-stocked. We had friends over and sat in front of the fireplace, wine glasses in hand, over and over again...they just wanted to keep coming back! The best part about staying here is the location. Scotty's Table is in the basement and The Red Bird is right next door in you're in for fancy fare. El Cazador and Iza are awesome for casual dining, and Bernice's Bakery is the perfect place for a coffee and a pastry. The number of options are staggering, and you just get to walk out your door to seek them out! We loved it. We did NOT want to leave! Athena made our stay so memorable!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Owner info
Year Purchased: 2011
About the owner: I've been living in Missoula for over 9 years. It took me six months to remodel this amazing studio, and I'm very proud of it! I'm so happy that I'm able to share this place with visitors, family, and friends. Thanks, Athena
Why the Owner Chose Missoula:
Other than the nostalgic building and great condo owners, I love the location to the river, downtown stores, restaurants, walking and biking trails, the University of Montana, and Missoula's fantastic Farmer's Market.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a movie theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! Scotty's Table, one of the finest restaurants in town, is located on the park level of the Wilma building.
I put a lot of work into making my place stylish and comfortable. Many of my Wilma Studio 54 guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it was for them, and I find that to be the ultimate compliment in this urban setting.
