There's no better location to stay in Missoula than Downtown at The Wilma. This historic, eight story building features an award winning restaurant, a historical theater and the community feeling that Missoula is best known for. Built in 1921 along the bank of the Clark Fork River, The Wilma is one of the tallest buildings in town, so the view from the unit is fantastic!
This spacious 1 bed, 2 bath condo provides a true home away from home! The master bedroom boasts a queen bed and private master bath with a lovely walk-in slate shower and beautiful spa lighting. The raised living room is a great place to soak up the urban and country views, read by the fireplace, or catch the game on TV. Let others sit around the large island as you cook in the kitchen or just enjoy the views from the six over-sized windows that wrap around this beautiful unit. Whether you're in Missoula for business, summer or winter vacations, photography classes, fly fishing, kayaking, river-rafting, University of Montana Grizzly football games, film festivals, family reunions or weddings, this is the place for you!
Also in walking distance are the U.S. Forest Service Northern Regional Headquarters, Rocky Mountain School of Photography, Saint Patrick's Hospital, The International Heart Institute, and Adams Center Event and Entertainment Arena. You can explore the entire city using Missoula's amazing foot and bike trail system, which connects directly to the Wilma building....right out your door!
When you're tired from your day of Missoula fun, make a reservation at Scotty's Table. This award-winning restaurant is located downstairs and would be the perfect beginning to a dinner-and-a-movie date! Just go back up the elevator and check out a show at the Wilma. Perfect!
One off-street parking spot is included. For our extended stay guests, weekly linen & cleaning service is provided.

A Spacious One-Bedroom in the Heart of Downtown Missoula!
Year Purchased: 2011
Why the Owner Chose Missoula
Other than the nostalgic building and great condo owners, I love the location to the river, downtown stores, restaurants, walking and biking trails, the University of Montana, and Missoula's fantastic Farmer's Market.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Everything about the Wilma is unique! What other vacation rental is above a movie theater? If you're hungry you don't have to leave the building! Scotty's Table, one of the finest restaurants in town, is located on the park level of the Wilma building.
I put a lot of work into making my place stylish and comfortable. Many of my Wilma Studio 54 guests have commented on how quiet and peaceful it was for them, and I find that to be the ultimate compliment in this urban setting.
Easy access, Riverfront Parking Lot, is open to you (with the included parking pass) when you stay in this Wilma condo.
Host to hundreds of events every year, Caras Park is in the backyard of the Wilma Building and one can almost guarantee that something will be happening here while you are in town.
Home of the UM Grizzly Football team. A short walk in the Fall months for the "Griz Nation" faithful that travel to this location for EVERY home game. When its full, the stadium's population becomes
A 100% volunteer build carousel, located just steps from the Wilma. This is one of Missoula's landmark places and a must-see for your visit.
Missoula's vibrant riverfront includes miles of trail for running, biking, skating and walking. The trail is lined with public tennis courts, picnic areas, baseball fields, skate parks, waterparks and more.
The most heavily traveled trail in the state of Montana leads up the the concrete "M" found on the side of Mount Sentinel. Good lungs and an adventurous spirit needed.
Missoula's only indoor waterpark complete with splash decks, 2 waterslides and plenty of options for kids young and old.
The Adams Center hosts sporting events like the Hellgate Rollergirls derby bouts to big name concerts. Walking distance from the Wilma.
This water surrounded dog park is ideal for puppy mingling and exercise. Walk your leashed dog from the Wilma to the park & then set 'em free at Bark Park!
Mobash Skatepark, completed in 2006, this state-of-the-art skatepark has been listed as one of the "top 5" in the country.
A man-made standing wave in Downtown Missoula is located just outside the Wilma Building and offers endless fun for kayakers, surfers, and boogie boarders during the summer.
Photography School specializing in workshop style courses.
Owner's Map of Missoula
I've been living in Missoula for over 9 years. It took me six months to remodel this amazing studio, and I'm very proud of it! I'm so happy that I'm able to share this place with visitors, family, and friends.
Thanks, Athena

I stayed in this apartment for three months during the birth of my son. It was so nice having a central location where I could access all the shops and restaurants in downtown Missoula. I would take walks along the Clarkfork River as I prepared to give birth and then after my baby was born. At night I watched Missoulians enjoy the nightlife, including the Wilma theater just 5 levels downstairs. My parents enjoyed visiting and using the pull out leather sofa in the living room space. It was so nice to cook in the lovely kitchen and have two bathrooms - one for myself and one for visitors. This is a great condo if you like cooking, as well. All in all, a very elegant condo and it was more than comfortable!

Our stay in Missoula was unbelievable, thanks in large part to this amazing condo! The amenities are wonderful, the shower spectacular, and the kitchen is fully-stocked. We had friends over and sat in front of the fireplace, wine glasses in hand, over and over again...they just wanted to keep coming back! The best part about staying here is the location. Scotty's Table is in the basement and The Red Bird is right next door in you're in for fancy fare. El Cazador and Iza are awesome for casual dining, and Bernice's Bakery is the perfect place for a coffee and a pastry. The number of options are staggering, and you just get to walk out your door to seek them out! We loved it. We did NOT want to leave! Athena made our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful long weekend becoming re-aquainted with old friends and our sons that attend the U. This is an excellent space for entertaining and for rest. The light and views adds a great deal to any function. Getting the arrangements made was simple. When we arrived we had expert help in aquainting ourselves with the great security of the building. We were only steps from all the night life one could handle. Many resturants, the Wilma Theater itself and the ambiance of the vibrant Missoula downtown. Saturday brought us the Farmers Market, easily one of the finest in Montana. We also enjoyed the convenience of the University and all of the activities there. Our entire family feels as though this spot in the Wilma is a little ours now, and hope to return next year. Enjoy!
Owner response:wow, what a review! Thank you for including so many details. I can't wait for your next stay.
