UNIT 1102 at the Empress has many features that one wouldn't typically see in a condo in Destin, Florida. This condo is just around 1,600 sq. ft. and no details were overlooked. There is much privacy in this building. There are two elevators and each unit accesses only two units per floor. The condo also offers internet access.

This unit features two balconies, two living rooms, and a large master suite with full gulf views and balcony access. The front balcony over looks the gulf and the back balcony over looks Lake Stewart. Both living rooms are on the front of the condo and have balcony access and full unobstructed gulf views!

The master suite is spacious and has a reading area overlooking the gulf as well as full gulf views and balcony access. The master suite comes with a private bath, double vanities, two closets, stand up shower, and jacuzzi tub!

The second bedroom features two double beds and views of Lake Stewart. This bedroom has an adjoining bathroom that opens into the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and dishes!

You walk directly across a small two lane road to get to the beach or a local restaurant, Whales Tail.

There is a pool and hot tub in the rear of the building.

The Empress is close to lots of shopping ,restaurants, and of course, the beach!
