Welcome to our second home. The location is unmatched in Breckenridge with the Four O'clock run 20 yards from your door and a one block walk to Historic Main Street. The free shuttle stops right outside your door and will take you anywhere in town including the indoor/outdoor ice rink and the recreation center. The shuttle will also take you to Copper Mountain, Keystone, and A-basin. Two large indoor hot tubs with scenic views are available for your use. Underground parking is included with your rental.
This warm second home is ideal for both large and small groups. We extensively refurbished in fall 2003 including a fully renovated kitchen with top of the line features such as granite countertops and new appliances. The unit is fully furnished and equipped with all you need to enjoy beautiful Breckenridge. Quality is evidenced throughout with beautiful linens and handmade quilts for bed coverings (not yet pictured), armoires, and quality furniture (not the drab furnishings of units only used for investment purposes). Family amenities such as games, cooking staples, and childrens videos are available. In addition, if portable crib, high chair or booster seat (or other childrens amenities) are needed, please ask when booking.
Sleeping accommodations are as follows: Master suite with a king bed, TV and VCR. Second master suite with two queen beds, TV and VCR. A secluded loft (accessed by a beautiful spiral staircase) with a queen and two twin beds. Living room couch that opens into a comfortable, double-size sleeper sofa.
Enjoy historic Breckenridge and the most popular ski complex in Colorado right at your front door in the winter. In the summer enjoy hiking, mountain biking, white water rafting, fly fishing, hot air ballooning, kayaking, horseback riding, jeep tours of gold rush ghost towns, camping, the alpine slide, and above all some of the most beautiful scenery on the planet.

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your condo. There was 10 of us and we were never in each others way. Your property was clean, comfortable, convenient and the location is great. We could walk everywhere and not have to move the vehicle (great not having to drive in the ice and snow). Downtown "2" blocks, bus to ski lifts or to take you where ever you wanted just a few steps from the condo door, ski rentals across the street, and we were able to ski in to the condo whenever we wanted during the day. We conuldn't ask for better. But this condo is not just a wonderful winter get-away. The summer is just as amazing. My husband and I rented again the summer of 2009. Such a great location. All close by: We rented ATV's and rode in the mountians, white water rafted, toured the mountains on horse back and visited the many towns near by. The Breckenridge area has so much to do even in the summer and again the condo was so close to everything. There was still some snow on the ground when we went in June of 2009. I recommend this condo to everyone. The owners are wonderful people and they treat you like family. We are looking forward to renting again in 2012 or 2013. Still trying to decide if it will be a winter trip or summer trip. Thank you so much and can't wait to get back.
