My Ajijic, Wonderful Home

My one level lovely home is 2 blocks from the Lake Chapala Society and close to the old village without being in the heart of the village. My home is about 2500 square feet making the rooms are extremely huge, very spacious and very traditional.
My street is quite and an easy walk to the Old Village, shopping, galleries, and the weekly market. My house is secure within the walls and off street parking for one car.
My open living and dining room is great for entertaining with the kitchen off to one side. My living room has a fireplace. The master bedroom has a king beds and lots of closet space in the built in closets. The bath is ensuite. The desk for your computer is in the master bedroom, too.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a fireplace and sliding door to a small grass area outside in addition to a marvelous cupola ceiling. The guest bath is next to the kitchen. All rooms have vaulted ceilings and fans. Even the covered outside patio has a fan.
Outside, I have a covered porch with table and chairs for outside eating, reading or computer work. My garden is glorious with many colorful plants and shrubs.
I have a separate building for laundry with a washer and dryer. I have an ultraviolet water purifier and instant hot water. I also have Canadian Satellite, and one TV and one clock radio in the bedroom.
Ajijic has cobblestone streets. At the border of Ajijic and La Floresta, one street is converted to an open marker on Wednesday and there’s an organic market, too. It’s a great community, not a resort town and never lacks things to do.

This is an unusually attractive property. It is clean, bright, spacious and, even though it is in the center of Ajijic, it is very quiet and private. It is close to everything, including the Lake. The furnishings are very comfortable and it has all the modern amenities. The waterfront nearby offers long scenic walks. There are many restaurants and dining areas. The owner is highly reliable, maintains the place to a high North American standard and is very responsive to anything the occupant needs. I would recommend this property to anyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.
