The accomodations are part of a larger estate and sit back from the water about 300'; CDA Lake Drive and Centennial Trail is right out front for jogging, walking, biking or just enjoying. Additional pics are available. I think you will be very pleased with the accomodations.

if you are here for the winter, I can help assist you with Skiing tickets at two outstanding ski areas within 45minutes Silver Mountain or an hour and a half to world class Schweitzer Mountain.
If summer, The world renowned Coeur d' Alene golf course with its floating green is a half mile away.
The Iron Man Triathlon passes by right in front 8 times over the Ironman course. Watch it from your balcony, or sit your chair along the trail.
The lake has a fleet of cruise boats that will take you around the lake. There is also a variety of water craft rentals and boat moorage is available. Remember, We have a private dock for use by our guests for boating, swimming, or fishing so bring your boat!
The accommodations are quiet and cozy. Sit on the deck with a glass of wine and watch the boats float on the water. Stroll along the Centennial Trail. You'll find many other people doing the same. Go into town and relax at a cafe, or go shopping and browsing at the galleries.
Lake Coeur d' Alene is one of the most beautiful lakes in the country, many say it is Lake Tahoe 30 years ago!
Whether you spend your time relaxing and enjoying its beauty from the shore, or spend your time exploring all its features from the water, you will be enchanted by its beauty. Spend some time fishing, swimming in a cove, or watching the sailboats drift by from the deck.
Coeur d' Alene sponsors many events during the summer. Art on the Green is a large art and craft show spread out over three venues in August. The Iron Man Triathlon draws thousands of athletes and spectators. Fourth of July draws thousands of people to the lake shore to watch the fireworks. The Wooden Boat Show also has a great following. With numerous summer events and activities, you will never be bored.
Some of the most beautiful time is in the fall with the changing season, or at Thanksgiving and Christmas. See Santa's workshop, the kids (and adults) love it!
You do not want to miss the Tree Lighting ceremony and Fireworks show the evening after Thanksgiving. The town has an extra 30,000 visitors just for this lighting / fireworks show. Don't miss it.

- The Centennial Trail is available right outside; this is where the annual Ironman Triathlon passes 8 times each year. The trail provides miles and miles of paved trails to bike, jog, walk etc. Every year the unit has been booked at Ironman, this year June 24, 2012. Don't delay if you want to be in town at this time.

Coeur d Alene has a natural beauty that is very hard to match. People who have stayed here say it is like Lake Tahoe was 30 years ago, or compare it to Austria. Both are exceptionally beautiful places. I am very lucky to be here!

Great place to stay, it exceeded our expectations. We loved having coffee/wine in the family room overlooking the beautiful lake and grounds. It is close to town and also has a walking/biking path along the lake directly across the street that goes for miles. Rick was responsive from the time we made the reservation and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable....including our grandchildren when they would visit. It is much prettier than the pictures! We would highly recommend it.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
