Located on a short street on the seven mile island that is Fort Myers Beach, our home is only a few steps from the gulf. If fishing is your thing, the other end of the block features a bayside park and fishing peer.
Our home affords a bright open airy kitchen-dining and living area extending into the screened deck overlooking the heated pool. Home has internet access.
The four bedrooms are very roomy and like all of the other rooms in the house (including the master bathroom) they are equipped with ceiling fans.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, sitting area and attached deck with gulf view. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds; the third bedroom has a queen size bed and TV; and the fourth bedroom has a full size bed and desk work area. The sofa in the living room makes into a queen size bed and there is a roll away bed.
Our home is intentionally "family friendly" with a private spacious pool area that is furnished with beach chairs, umbrella table along with lounge chairs for relaxation. The pool is equipped with a heat pump to ensure a warm temperature even on those rare cool Florida days. There are beach and pool toys; children's videos; pack-n-play crib; high chair; and an abundance of beach towels. The large wheeled wagon will make it easy to transport all of your necessities to the beach.
