About the owner: We're a family run operation and we're respectful of our apartment renters and expect the same in return. We enjoy peace and relaxation and do our best to bring that into our space.

Family run apartment complex that ensures that we all use the beach nearby for a swim. We love the sun, sand, and the location since it's near shopping, good resaurants & good eats, and isn't too crowded since we like it on the quieter side. Easy parking out front for our renters or you can put your bicycles out back for safe keeping.
The Unique Benefits at this Apartment:
Walkable to the beach and it's within eye sight. The apartment is on the quieter side of life and let's you breathe. The property is also one block from the intercoastal which is another option if you want to watch the boats and birds go by. Close to restaurants - Italian, American, Ice Cream, and fresh fish markets and restaurants. Very easy access to the freeway since it's just off of Atlantic Blvd.
