We were fortunate enough to sustain no damage from Hurricane Sandy. In fact, our block was spared from any major damage. Our beautiful dunes seem to have protected us from from the water and while are beach was affected, there is still lots of sand to enjoy!
Just a few steps from the beach, this clean, two family house can accommodate 7 people upstairs and 7 downstairs. Enjoy beautiful ocean views while relaxing on the upstairs deck and be lulled to sleep by the soothing sounds of the surf.
This property is located at 147 East Delaware Street, just minutes from Bay Village, Thundering Surf water park, and Fantasy Island. Lots of shops, restaurants, and stores are within walking distance.
The entire house is available to rent or can be rented by floor. Both floors have two bedrooms and one bathroom. The downstairs unit has a bedroom with a king sized bed and a bedroom with three twin beds (including 1 bunk bed). The upstairs unit has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and a bedroom with three twin beds (including 1 bunk bed). Both levels have a pull-out couch.

My family & I rented both floors (total of 8 adults & 4 children). The location to beach was perfect, especially since we had young children. The house was in great condition... clean, organized and well-kept. The block itself is great, we met friendly neighbors and the kids were able to ride their bikes safely since one end of the block was the beach entrance. It was a PLUS that the owners left beach passes too! We had one issue, that 1 of the air conditioning units didn't seem to be cooling off the 1st floor unit. We called Nick, the owner, and he was there within a couple of hours to check it out & replace the unit. We had such GREAT 'customer service' from the moment I inquired about renting this house and so we'll be back again this summer to rent again! Looking forward to many more summers renting this house! Thanks to Stacey & Nick!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
