We just purchased this luxurious Lodges at Bear Hollow condo and are making it available for the 2012 Ski Season. You will love being close to the Canyons, Deer Valley and Park City Ski Resorts, shopping, movies, and great restaurants. All designer furnishings and beds. This quiet top floor single level corner location has extra windows, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light and offers the best views and privacy.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances which include a gas stove, microwave and dishwasher and is equipped with all of the utensils and pots and pans necessary to create wonderful meals. There is an eat in area and dining area. The family room has a gas fireplace, comfortable mountain style furnishings in brown leather and wood, 46' LED Panasonic TV and DVD. We have HI SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET and a WiFi printer. Washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, and hair dryer are provided.
Three beautifully decorated bedrooms with designer furniture, each with its own TV and DVD. The Master Suite has a King Bed, walk in closet and private bath with shower and soaker tub.
Bedrooms two and three located at the other end of the condo each have a Queen Bed, large closet and share a bath. The layout is great for privacy.
Convenient reserved parking in heated garage with elevator access and large private ski storage unit. Summer vacationers will appreciate the CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING - an unusual feature in Park City Condos.
Just across the road is the Bear Hollow Village Clubhouse which has a community pool, hot tub, exercise room, fireplace, computers with high speed internet access, and locker-rooms.

My husband and 3 children plan to return to this property next year. I was a participant in the Utah Valley Half Marathon and my priority before and after my race was to rest in a comfortable and quiet environment. This property exceeded my expectations. The decor is warm and inviting, granite countertops, Jacuzzi tub in the masterbath and more... My daughter and I used both the gym and pool at Bear Hollow Village. A short walk from the condo. Additionally, we could view the pool from the patio at the condo. Park City is just a few miles away and we enjoyed eating and shopping in town as well. This condo receives a 5 star rating. I couldn't imaging staying anywhere else. I would recommend this condo to anyone visitng year round.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

I was so pleased with our accommodations at the condo. We had all the amenities of home, and yet had restaurants close by if we chose to eat out. We loved going to the outlets and got lots of shopping done. We enjoyed having secure parking as well as parking for our guests. Our extended family came to stay with us, and there was lots of room to accommodate six adults. The condo is clean and met all my expectations. I plan to go back and rent this same condo for future skiing trips and in the spring with my family.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Really enjoyed our stay. The condo looks brand new and is decorated in warm colors. The Kitchen was well supplied with all your needs for cooking. The locations is perfect and is across from the clubhouse and pool and hot tub. Was nice and quiet, good parking and a enclosed secure parking garage. We spent the afternoon visiting and sitting around the warm fire. Not to far from skiing or outlet malls. Would book here again and most likely will in the spring.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a wonderful time at the condo in Bear Hollow. I did a ton of shopping at the outlet stores. I got some good buys. It was nice to have the condo nearby. We were able to bring our own food for breakfast and snacks. We had the option for dining out or eating in. It was very comfortable. We stayed in the smaller bedroom and were comfortable with the bed. Plenty of pillows and enjoyed our own TV. We could have watched movies too but didn't. The bath was close by too. Very clean condo. I felt safe with the lock system and it was nice so that we all didn't need a key if we had the code. I took advantage of going to the clubhouse for a workout in the morning. It was light and airy to workout in plus had the advantage of heat and television. I don't ski but it would be a great place to stay at and ski. I want to see if I can get this again for the summer! It would be fun to have some of my extended up for a visit. We ate dinner at Ruby Tuesday (I think)--right behind the outlet. We had great service and our meal was fabulous too! Highly recommend staying.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Bear Hollow Village:
We have been skiing in Park City for fourteen years and decided it was time to buy a condominium so we could enjoy this year round vacation spot. We have stayed all over Park City and when it was time to buy we chose Bear Hollow because we love the location and neighborhood. We started our youngest daughter skiing at age four and now are bringing our grandchildren here to ski.
