This Santa Barbara Mission-style villa is located in La Quinta in the secluded gated community of Via Puerta Azul, just minutes from PGA West.
The living area is warm and relaxing, with a dual-sided fireplace that faces both the den and living room. With about 1600 square feet of living space, the newer furnishings and accents make this La Quinta retreat a wonderful place to entertain friends, make wonderful memories with your family, or spend a romantic sojourn.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve gourmet meals. Amble counter space in the kitchen makes preparation and cooking a breeze, and the new stainless steel appliances echo the modern ambiance of this vacation home. In addition, the home has high-speed wireless internet and free long distance to anywhere in the US and Canada.
The master suite emanates a sanctuary-like aura. It is an ideal haven to relax after a day of golf or outlet shopping. The queen-sized bed is lavish and inviting, and faces the 32" flatscreen TV/DVD. In addition, a ceiling fan can keep the air moving and provide soothing white noise at night. The ensuite bathroom is its own little hideaway; featuring a full sized tub, dual sinks and a glass shower. This suite also features it's own outdoor haven & seating area.
The guest bedroom also features a comfortable king-sized bed that can be converted into twin beds, a ceiling fan and a 20" TV with DVD player. A second bathroom is just outside the door. There's additional sleeping space in a den that has a full size leather sleeper sofa.
The private outdoor patio is a fantastic place to have your morning coffee and paper, or exhibit your barbequing expertise on the propane grill. There's plenty of space for four to enjoy a quick lunch or elaborate dinner al fresco, under the twinkling La Quinta star-scape. The covered patio area is also a splendid way to enjoy the outdoors, even when the mercury is on the rise!
The bordering community is a remarkable example of a quiet, well-manicured neighborhood in which anyone would be delighted reside. There are two swimming pools, two spas, a tennis court, bocce court, putting green, picturesque walking paths. It also has a clubhouse with a fitness room and pool table.
