Beautiful, very clean, well maintained home on a lake in a quiet location. This home is located very close to the Disney parks but you can come home in the evening for a relaxing swim. The pool deck overlooks the lake so it is a great place to relax or to dine outside and watch the children play in the pool. This home has everything you will need in the kitchen if you want to cook a meal while on vacation.
The bedrooms are furnished with very comfortable mattresses for a great nights sleep while on vacation. There is a king master ensuite with a hugh walk-in shower, large garden tub, a his and her's vanity, a large walk-in closet, television, and also your private entrance to the pool deck with double french doors.
The second ensuite is a queen size bed, a large walk-in shower and single vanity.
The children's area features a shared bathroom, 2 twin beds in each bedroom
The home has a formal living room and dining room with a table that seats 6 people. There is also a family room where you can watch television or go out onto the pool deck. There is an informal breakfast nook for your quick meals at a round table and 4 chairs. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and in the family room.
This is a great place to vacation if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area but still be close to enjoy it when you want to go to the parks.
This home is ideal for a family of 4 and then bring the grandparents with you for the holiday.
The home was built in 2004 but has not been a vacation rental but just a Florida home for the owner so it is new to the rental market and in pristine condition.
There are 2 playground areas in the subdivision for the children to play. If you like to play tennis or basketball, there is a tennis court and a basketball court also. There are lots of orange trees located around the subdivision if you are visiting at the time of the year when oranges are ready for picking, If you like to walk, run or rollerblade, this is a great place to exercise. There are over 200 golf courses located within a few minutes drive from the home. As you can see there is plenty of things to do while you are on vacation.
