Come stay at one of the nicest vacation home available in the Morro Bay area! This designer-decorated home looks like it was taken from the pages of House Beautiful magazine!
Not only is the home beautifully decorated and appointed throughout, it is in a perfect location with unobstructed picturesque views of the bay and the ocean beyond and it’s within easy walking distance to downtown Morro Bay and the Embarcadero. Across the street are stairs that lead directly down to Tideland’s park. This home was built in 2004 and was just converted to a vacation rental in late 2011 so everything in the home is in pristine condition. You will also enjoy the many interesting pieces of original art that are displayed throughout the home.

This is a 2-story home with the living, dining and kitchen areas upstairs. These rooms are open to each other so they create a large space that is great for a gathering of friends or family. The big screen TV, gas fireplace and comfortable furniture all contribute to making this a delightful space to relax in. From this great room, there are doors that open to a balcony with million dollar views! There is a half bath adjacent to the living room.
When it is time to retreat for some relaxation or quiet time, there are 2 master bedroom suites - one upstairs and one downstairs – each with a king-size bed and TV. Both master suites have a large bathroom containing a jetted tub, separate shower and double sinks so this home is perfect for 2 couples wanting to get away together and yet have some personal space too. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs that share a large bathroom. The bedroom with two twin beds is very spacious and has French doors that open onto a little patio with beautiful views of the bay. The other bedroom has a queen-size hide-away bed sofa (mattress is top-of-the-line memory foam), a large flat-screen TV and an exercise bike. This room can also serve as a separate living area where you can escape from the group to do some reading or watch your own favorite TV program.
In addition to the upstairs deck that has a patio table with 4 chairs and a gas grill, this home also has a small, nicely landscaped backyard with a couple of chairs where you can relax with your glass of wine and a good book and soak in the sun in a protected area.
There are many activities and restaurants to take advantage of in close proximity to the home. Go walk the Embarcadero to enjoy some shopping and eating. Grab the kayaks that are provided at the home and go for a paddle on the bay to see the many birds and sea life that inhabit this beautiful corner of the world. Feel like walking downtown to catch a movie one night? No problem – it is 5 minutes away.

Two couples enjoyed a long weekend stay in July 2012. This is the perfect house for two couples since each get a huge Master Bedroom with it's own bath. The house is clean and stunning! We really enjoyed being able to walk into Morro Bay for dinner each night and just leave the car at home. What a fabulous long weekend escape from the Bay Area. Side trips for shopping in San Luis Obispo and in Morro Bay were great for the day. Looking forward to a yummy dinner in Morro Bay with a beautiful view made the day even better!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We had a tremendous stay here at this beautiful home. We were 4 couples and were never cramped for space. The master suites were great. We utilized the sleeper sofa as well as the 2 twins pushed together. All beds were very comfortable with great linens. Kitchen was spectacular. We ate all our meals at the house. It was the best stocked house I have ever rented. Lots of pots, pans, spices, plates, cups, etc. The location was perfect. We went for walks every morning. It was a great stroll to town. We watched the sunset every night....and even saw the green flash one sunset! We utilized the kayaks and BBQ. The best surprise was the piano. We had a great piano player with us. You can probably still hear our singing echoing from the walls. I would recommend this house to anyone. We already want to plan another trip next year. Our Canadian friends who were with us were especially enchanted with our beautiful state of California. The property managers were also very good, calling us a couple of days into our visit to make sure everything was going OK.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

If you're looking for a Morro Bay getaway this is the place to stay! The house has an excellent view of the bay, located on a quiet street and is within walking distance to the boardwalk and town. The amenities are first rate, very clean and the house contains everything you need. We had 3 families (8 people) stay comfortably without feeling cramped for space. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the area.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Enjoyed an incredibly beautiful and enchanting weekend at this elegant home. Our son was graduating from Cal Poly and the entire family wanted to attend. We had 8 people sleep with other friends/family staying at local hotels and then joining us for celebration lunch & dinner. Beautiful, full equipped, gourmet kitchen. Easy walk to town, shopping, kayaking, bicycling, frisby at nearby park, beautiful sunsets and lots of relaxation. We can't wait to go back, hopefully for an extended period of time.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first Thanksgiving at a vacation rental and it was a huge success. The house was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the view was marvelous. The kitchen was great for cooking and made preparing our Thanksgiving feast a pleasure. The house is nicely appointed and in perfect condition. The two master bedrooms were beautiful and super comfortable. There were 3 couples and 2 teenage girls in our group and the house couldn't have been a better fit for us. A very nice (short) walk to town, which we did several times. Maggie, our rental contact at Beach N Getaways was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
