Spacious home, sleeps 6, right on South Lake at Estella Mountain Ranch, includes: a gourmet kitchen with working island, huge living room with large TV screen, great for games or entertaining in the adjoining family room and a huge walk-in pantry filled with extras in case you run out. Outside you will find a beautiful Pebble Tec swimming pool with salt automatic chlorination system and a serene boulder waterfall and a very comfortable Dynasty spa with 34 jets and room for six people, over-looking the lakes, which are only a few yards away. The grounds surrounding the pool have a beautiful tropical look and rock lights and surround speaker system which plays from the stereo inside the house. This whole back area has view fencing looking out onto the beautiful lake. Who knew that you can be in AZ. and be surrounded by water! You’ll also have a built in barbeque and two round tables with outdoor pads, ceiling light and fans with large palm paddles hang from the awning and a mister located on the rim of the awning if case you feel too warm.
The Master suite has a Queen size Select Number bed with side tables and wall hung lamps and an extra couch for relaxing, as well as a television, double sinks, a private commode, enclosed shower and a big separate tub, and walk-in closet for two. The second bedroom is way on the other side of the house. It has a full size bed, a walk-in closet and is right next to the second bath which has a nice stone slab walk- in shower. You will also find a third TV room or den for reading and relaxing which has a barely ever used hide-a-bed which sleep two.
The home easily accommodates six adults; children are not encouraged due to the liability with the pool.
This home is located at South Lake. The sunsets are spectacular. Parkside is within a mile of a highly rated Jack Nicklaus target course. A second golf course as you approach Estella is very enjoyable for relaxed golfing at a lower fee.
The kitchen is thoroughly equipped with all Kitchen aide stainless steel appliances; convection microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and a glass top stove. Maytag large capacity front loading washer and dryer are provided. The car garage has room to park your rental car. There is plenty of room for golf carts, tennis rackets, etc.
We offer cable television and high speed wireless internet. The kitchen is stocked with loads of spices and condiments are all in the fridge.
Come enjoy golfing, go see the races at Phoenix International Raceway, the Reds stadium all just a few miles away. The home is also not too far from Peoria and spring training! Or if you feel like taking it easy you can go fishing in the lakes, play volleyball or tennis at the park just a short stroll down the lake. You will be about 30 minutes from Phoenix, but surrounded by the beautiful Estella Mountains. This is a perfect and peaceful get-a-way with lots of great places to eat and a Safeway grocery store and small restaurants at the end of North Lake, real close. We are sure you will enjoy your stay.

The property is well maintained and beautiful, even better than the pictures. It is a pleasure to just stay at the house and relax. The kitchen has everything you need and the house provided a really comfortable stay. Outside you will find really nice landscaping, heated pool with small water fall and a hot tub. That makes it such an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend this property and would not hesitate going again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

This is the first time my wife and I rented a house through VRBO.I have to say my wife and I were extremely happy with our stay here. Very quiet and very roomy. Pool area was excellent and the lake out back was perfect. 10 mins from the GoodYear ball park and a nice easy drive. Neighbors were extremely friendly and helpful. Golf right there as well. Thank you Steph and thank you your mother. Very beautful house. About the owner: My husband Don and I had purchased our first Estrella Mountain Ranch home in 1998. Years later we discovered that this San Alejandro home, the only other home that we really wished to live in, had come on the market. We were 'Over the Moon'. So we packed up the house on Clearwater and moved into this 'Dream Home' of ours. We still had the lake view and now a pool to boot! We have spent many winters here in our happy home, but it's not as easy to get down there any more and the grand children aren't getting any younger! I still plan on making wonderful memories with family and friends here, but just can't be there quite as often. We have loved entertaining friends and family here. We've set up two dining tables outside with overhead fans and a misting system in case it gets a little warm. We have a built in BBQ. the pool has a waterfall and underwater lights for a fun option. There is also an outdoor sterio system to help set the scene. Inside we have set up several TV's for the big games or to just sit and relax we have a private den with a TV as well. So, now I am opening the home up for others to enjoy just as we have. I am sure that once you stay here you will be back just like us.
Why the Owner Chose Goodyear:
My husband and I, in 1998 decided that the winters in Washington state were just a little too chilly for us, and my sister lives just down the road from here. We have always loved living on a lake in Washington and when we discovered that we could still live on not one lake but two and be right next to the golf course we decided to make Estrella Mountain Ranch our fall, winter and spring home.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We just love how close we are to the lake, the golf course, Pheonix International Raceway and to the stadiums. Who knew we could see the Mariners Spring Training with just a short drive? We also enjoy all of the fun restaurants and shopping in the area. Not to mention the workout facility with a weightroom and lap pool. We also very much enjoy our morning or evening walks around the lakes. It is so peaceful and serene here.
