Beautiful, ancestral and large five-bedrooms completely renovated house. Located on a small secure and quiet village surronded by rich nature forest, lakes and rivers and only one hour from Québec city and Trois-Rivières. Perfect to discover two area practice your prefer outdoor activities (canoeing, kayaking, rafting, trekking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, golfing) and tour around. You also have acces to snowmobile and ATV trail from home.
The 3000ft sq house has 3 floors. The upper floor count 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and TV one with a queen bed and one wityh twin beds. The other two rooms have a double bed and sink and they share the batroom. The fifth bedroom is located down strairs in the basement. That 900ft sq room has 3 double beds, is own bathroom, a living room with tv and video. There is three good size windows. The basement has also the laundry room.
The main floor has a nice old piano in the large kitchen and dining room in open space. All you need to cook is there and you have dishes for 12 peoples and even more. It is very well equipped (dish washer, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle). The table can sit conforably 10 peoples. And if you add the spare table you have 3 more places. THere is two living room one with television and video and comfortables lazyboy. There is two large windows This flloor has also a toilette and a large wardrobe. . Larges rooms allow to gather together.
There is also the garden with a view on the rural landscape. A place to do a fire, table chairs and BBQ is all there
