We are IN Austin and THE closest you can get to downtown Austin on Lake Travis (20 minutes) We are 30 minutes from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.. (see map) We are close to everything you need (grocery, shopping, restaurants, entertainment). Lake Travis is 65 miles long and encompasses many outlining areas of Austin.
This luxury Lake Travis waterfront estate sits 80 feet above the lake (elevator/tram to the water) creating breathtaking views from every room. Resort style negative edge pool with swim-up bar, swim lane and 'beach area' for lounge chairs and smaller kiddos. Full kitchen by the pool (sink, dishwasher, full fridge, warming drawer, BBQ grill) as well as a pool bathroom with air conditioned changing room.
Large covered deck with fireplace overlooking the pool and lake and a sun deck above. Property is completely 'walled' with security gate at entrance. 2+ acres with plenty of parking. Walk through the doors and down the hall to a 180 degree lake view that will take your breath away! This estate sits on the south shore of the main basin with NO low water issues! (the lake is still 80-100' deep in front of the home.
We have a boat dock that you can tie jet-ski's or a boat up to.
Experience the gorgeous sunsets from the pool, decks, or house without the sun glaring directly towards you (home faces N/S).
There's a movie theater that seats 8 with recliners and 120' screen and surround sound, the screen retracts to reveal a karaoke/performance stage complete with drum set, amps and mics!
Free Wi-Fi throughout the home as well as by the pool. Cable TV and a land line for local and long distance calling (not international)
This estate is excellent for entertaining and has plenty of indoor/outdoor space for guests (and parking).
The main house has 6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and is 5100 sq. ft. and the guesthouse has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths (each room has an en suite bath) and is 1,727 sq. ft. They can be rented together or separately. We only rent to one group at a time, so you will have privacy during your stay.
Main level:
Master bedroom: Lovely lake view from the king-sized bed, his and her closets, his and her toilets, dual shower heads, huge bubble tub with fire place, hand-painted mural and speakers for that romantic bubble bath
There's a bedroom next to the master with another 'secret' bedroom upstairs that is accessed from that room (has two queen beds).
Downstairs:
There are 4 bedrooms. Three rooms have queen beds and the other has two twin beds (all but one bedroom have views of the lake).
Guesthouse: (faces main house, about 25 steps away)
It has queen beds in all 3 bedrooms, plus each has their own private bath (and a half bath off the living room)

This home is beautiful, the view is breathtaking, and the owners are wonderful! We enjoyed our stay tremendously!! Bring your family/friends and look forward to a relaxing vacation! In-house massages are a mega plus as well!!! P.S. We enjoyed feeding the horses some apples! I think they enjoyed it too :-)Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Summer and Tony have an incredible place. I went down with 20 friends and had a great time. The outdoor space is perfect for hanging out during the day and the views are amazing. Summer and Tony were incredibly welcoming and were willing to help with anything we needed while down there. Will definitely stay there again if I'm back in Austin.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

8 adults 11 kids. We had a fantastic time! The kids stayed in the pool most of the time, they performed in the theatre room, they enjoyed the horses and all the animals! We enjoyed biking to the Oasis, grilling and just plain relaxed knowing the kids were enjoying themselves. Highly recommend!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Recently a group of my friends (14 including me) rented out this beautiful house for our 30th birthday trip. I couldn't say more positive things about the home, homeowners, and overall property. Summer and Tony's home accomodated our entire group with a wide range of bedrooms as we had couples and singles on the trip-something I couldn't find in many other VRBO houses for a group our size. The theater room with karaoke was a hit-as was the hot tub and infinity pool. The grounds are kept in perfect condition and the owners are extremely easy to access, giving us peace of mind. We had a wonderful time and I can't reccommed this property more!!! Furthermore, this a very family friendly property. Even though we didn't bring any kids, we could easily see ourselves coming back with our children. The outdoor playhouse and swing set area would keep them occupied for hours. Additionally the extra room with the guest house would certainly host large groups.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The BEST rental property I've ever rented. The house(s) handled our large group of 20 without a problem. The views of the lake were great, the pool/hot tub were clean and inviting, and the movie room/theater/stage was a blast and everything about the house over-exceeded our expectations. The house was fully equipped with all essentials and Tony/Summer were great hosts and answered all of our questions quickly. You're missing out if you don't stay in this property!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This place was simply unbelievable. We came for SXSW and were incredibly lucky to find such a beautiful place to stay. The house is well-designed and full of well-sized individual rooms, mostly en-suite. It's well kitted out with a gym, cinema & karaoke room and huge living room / kitchen. And the pool is unbelievable - hot tub, loads of places to chill out, you can even plug your stereo in to play through the pool bar! The owners were also very helpful / friendly... Highly recommended!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This house is amazing and the only regret you'll ever have is not spending more time here. Summer and Tony are great hosts, always available to help out and give recommendations for places to eat/drink. We had a great stay during SXSW, filling all the rooms but still with plenty of room for everyone to relax. Downtown is only 30mins away and it really wasn't a problem getting back and forth. Oh, and do get Grandma Rose in for at least one breakfast - it is the best start to a day. Hopefully we'll return to SouthBy and to this house.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

Hands down one of the best vacation homes I have ever been too. Everything was in perfect shape, Tony and Summer were more than accommodating and you can not beat the views. We used this house for a corporate event and was so impressed with how beautiful the house was and how easy it was to work with the owners. They were so accommodating and eager to help us in any way possible. We held our meeting there in the house and afterward had our fun-time and the house was perfect for both situations. We needed a place for a corporate retreat and this was the perfect spot. The house was beautiful and was big enough to provide beds for everyone. The owners were more than accommodating and saw to all our needs. We were able to cook meals in and yet there were restaurants close enough for us to eat out if we wanted. We conducted our meetings at the house and afterward had our fun-time. This is definitely a party-house, but I recommend this house for more than just partying or vacationing!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Four Points:
We have lived in Austin since 1999. We built this custom home as our dream home in 2005. Tony is a Mechanical Engineer turned home designer/builder and I am a stay-at-home-mom to our 7 year old daughter (previously a Corporate Recruiter in the high tech industry and a small business owner).
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love this part of Austin, as it has so much to offer and love the hills and views. We have horses 2 miniatures and 2 full-size as well as laying hens for 'farm fresh' eggs. We enjoy boating on lake travis (wakeboarding and wake-surfing).
