Located in Strawberry at 5,300 feet elevation, it is just minutes from Pinecrest Lake recreational area, Dodge Ridge ski area and many other lake, river and snow activity destinations.
Walk to the Strawberry Store and Strawberry Inn for general shopping and dining with bar and river views. Appreciate the short, level, plowed access from Hwy 108 when enjoying Winter snow activities.
The recently remodeled full kitchen and bathroom contrast with the rustic knotty pine living areas and bedrooms. The large, partially covered and tree-shaded front deck with picnic table, chairs and BBQ is perfect for relaxing and dining with the view and sounds of the river and forest.

About: We are a recently retired couple who have loved to come to the mountains every year. Camping at nearby Pinecrest Lake has been our favorite vacation over the years. We love to come up to our cabin in the Spring, Summer and Fall. However, we are not Winter sports enthusiasts, so we have the opportunity to make the cabin available to those who are. Being retired, we have the flexibility to rent out the cabin all year during popular vacation periods and still use the cabin ourselves when it is not rented.
Why Strawberry:
We love the location of this cabin on the river and in the forest while being conveniently close to a store and restaurant. We also love swimming, boating and fishing at nearby Pinecrest Lake. With Dodge Ridge being so close, it is truly a perfect location for year-round activities. With the cabin being located within a resort, the shared amenities, property management and homeowners association are a huge bonus.
The Unique Benefits at this Cabin:
The cabin retains the feel of being in the mountains and great outdoors while providing many of the amenities of our surburban home. The heated swimming pool and fire pit are great bonuses.
