Master Bedroom has queen bed and separate bathroom. 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds with easy access to 2nd bathroom plus a fold out couch in the living room. Full Laundry room and kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator.
Nice Furnishings. Kid friendly. Great pricing. No smoking or pets have ever been allowed. Well maintained. Free WiFi.

Year Purchased: 2002
We have owned this condo since it was built and we had the first choice of condos available. We love it and know that you will too! We love the outdoors. When we visit Park City we water ski, mountain bike, hike, golf, and of course hit the slopes. We love to travel and we would be glad to give you some tips for your next outdoor adventure.
Why the Owner Chose Foxbay at Deer Valley Lakeside
We like to be a little off the beaten path with access to ALL the amenities of a major resort. Restaurants, spa, ski, lake, etc... are all super convenient, but we get to be a little out of the way of the typical tourist experience. We love everything outdoors and we also love a great value! This was the perfect combination with just the right amenities and access to everything without the high prices or inconvenience of being stuck in the crowd.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We love getting up early and avoiding ALL the lines at the resort with access to the resort via the Jordanelle Express Gondola. This side of the mountain is FAR less crowded, but leads straight to the good powder. It's also fun to ski right through the backyards of some gorgeous big homes on our way down the mountain back to the easy, convenient, and less crowded side of the resort.
