Guests also have access to an ocean front resort that has a heated swimming pool right on the sand.
A private gated 60 x 25 entry courtyard leads into a Floridian haven created with comfort and luxury in mind. Three warm bedrooms offering fine linens for three queen beds, one king bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room, one queen or two twin beds in the den offer sleeping possibilities for up to ten people or eight separate beds. The open, airy, expansive, living room as well as the dining room, kitchen, and den, offers beautiful water views of the Intracoastal.
When the eyes are not engaged on the large big screen television there is fine artwork by Chagall and Picasso as well as antiques and hand blown glass to enjoy. The den has a fax and high speed DSL for those needing to stay in touch for business or pleasure.
The top notch kitchen has a full compliment of accessories to make dining in, a chef’s experience. Beautiful place settings will compliment a fine meal. Venture out just two blocks to the sandy beach where the aqua marine waters will provide yet another spectacular backdrop in which to enjoy the tropical temperatures.
There is off street parking for up to five cars. If you prefer to navigate the waterways without your own boat, water taxi service will pick you up and drop you at restaurants and shops in the Fort Lauderdale, Pompano Beach area from designated stations.
To make the property more user friendly, child gates are available for added safety around the waterfront patio and pool. A private, gated front yard is the perfect place for small children to play.
