  The layout and decor of this home is perfect. Everything is there that you will need. The rooftop bar at night was the highlight with our friends. There is a good size liquor store in town to buy some wine and other liquors which we went to more than a couple of times! The owners were great with any questions we had. I highly recommend staying at this villa.

  We loved our stay at this house. We stayed for 4 nights and would have liked to stay longer. The house was immaculate and well laid out. We liked that we could walk to the beach and many places to eat. If you stay here check out the Rincon Surf School. It was the highlight of the stay. We drove from San Juan, which is really not that bad a drive. It took about 2 hours.

  This is my third time in Rincon and by far the best! Villa Ocean Mist is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The villa included all the amenities you could possibly require making me feel right at home. The weather was wonderful, although very hot at times. I was very pleased to be able to cool off everyday at the pool. I looked forward to having the option of taking a dip in the pool or the beach. Margaritas by the pool or at the rooftop bar my favorite part of the day. The villa was convienantly located steps away from the beach and many of rincon's popular restaurants. Thank you for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to another vacation filled with lots of R & R. See you soon Villa Ocean Mist!

  Everything about this house makes for a relaxing, family vacation. My husband and kids along with my in laws stayed here and we had an amazing time. My kids enjoyed the noodles, boogie boards and bikes while my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the roof bar when the kids and in laws went to bed. There were plenty of lounge chairs, beach chairs, and beach towels. Having beach umbrellas was also a plus since there isn't much shade at Sandy Beach. This home is well worth it!

  This rental was amazing! Everything you could possibly need was at our finger tips. Beach chairs, bikes, beach toys, coolers....anything we could have wanted or desired was at the house. It was clean, quiet and relaxing. We had eight adults and one child and plenty of space. The roof top patio was where we made dinner every night, cool breeze and waves crashing on the back round! Pool wad perfect size, clean. I can't say enough good things. I can't wait to return....

  We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Ocean Mist. We stayed at the property with some friends and they kept saying what a great choice I made selecting this home. Everything is in the home that you will need. The pictures on the website are great but believe me, wait until you walk in. The high ceilings and open floor plan are fantastic. See you next year!!!

  From Flipkey- Three girls stayed here for a week in February 2012. We cannot say enough about our postive experience at the Villa Ocean Mist. Everything you could possibly want for your beach vacation is all in one place. A spacious and immaculate place, plenty of outdoor space for entertaining without being on top of each other steps from the best beach in Rincon and outstanding bars and restaurants in walking distance.We really can't say enough and if we could give this place 10 stars we would

  Villa Ocean Mist was by far one of the best homes we have stayed. Everything was perfect and the bedrooms are huge. We really appreciated the babysuite playard, it was so convenient having this for our little one. As others have said, the location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything!!

  From the moment we walked in we were blown away. The house is beautiful. All the amenities you can think of, they have. This house is in the perfect location and is walking distance to all the best spots in the area. Having drinks on the rooftop bar was amazing and so were the views.   Please attach to your website if possible. I have never taken the time to comment on a vacation but want to for this property. I spent many many many nights on the computer looking for a house to rent in rincon. You can NOT do better then this house, it is fabulous. I have traveled all over the world and this house is definately at the top of my list. I will definately rent it again and am telling everyone looking, to rent it.
