Everything you could want!
Everything you could want!
We had a fabulous weekend at this condo in Frisco. The unit itself is immaculately presented with everything you could want for a self-contained stay. The sofa bed is the most comfortable additional bedding that we have ever encountered in a vacation rental and the jetted tub is a real luxury after hiking and biking. The condo is perfectly situated for access to Frisco's Main Street and all the activities of Summit County. We will definitely be back!

My daughter and I stayed at this Boulevard Bend property for two nights. The condo is very new and has high end finishings. Everything was very clean and fully functional. We ate three meals in the unit and we had everything we needed for preparation, and had a great kitchen table too. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-out bed in the couch was by far the best I've ever slept on. In addition to being a great property, the owner was very responsive and we were able to get everything worked out for the rental within a couple of hours of my initial inquiry. We spent most of our weekend out and about but the time we did spend in the unit gave us all of the comforts of home.

Would definitely stay here again
We picked this condo for the central location in Frisco and the reasonable rental rate. We had never stayed in Frisco and found it a great central location for hiking, the outlet stores, Frisco's Main Street (only two blocks away), and dining out. We also went down to Breckenridge and over to Dillon. The condo is compact but very comfortable. A large refrigerator, washer/dryer, and first floor location were all pluses. The family room sofa and large chair with ottoman were great for reading or watching tv. We were close to hwy 9 and the fire station, so there was occasional outside noise, but it was not a problem. Bring along some fold up camp chairs to enjoy sitting outside in the front mini-yard in the mornings or early evenings. The bear and fish sculpture with water pond right outside the front yard were also great for atmosphere.

My wife an I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very nicely decorated and everything is brand new. The location is perfect and allowed us to walk to dinner in Frisco each night. We will be back! Also, thanks for allowing us to make arrangements on such short notice.

Our family of four stayed here for three nights during Spring Break. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient to local shopping, eating, and the bus. James & Rachel were very helpful in recommending their favorite restaurants: and were spot on in their advice. We would recommend to family or friends and would love to go back and stay there again!

Why the Owner Chose Boulevard Bend:
Since moving to Colorado over 10 years ago, my wife and I have been passionate about the mountains. We fell in love with Frisco because of its quaint downtown, local charm and laid back feel. The location is unbeatable; just over an hour drive from Denver and close to some of the best ski resorts in the world. We hope you enjoy our new vacation home as much as we do.
