  Great little condo, walk out to beach and pool area!! Clean and well maintained, I would highly recommend the unit.

  This was a wonderful vacation trip. Dee was outstanding, she took timeout to check on us and to check out our arrival trip and went above and beyond helping us. Excellent communication from the start and we look forward to dealing with her in the future. As far as the place and location it was just outstanding. we were able to accommodate all of our needs. We were able to have a small get together with our daughter who is going to college in Pensacola.Her friends really enjoyed the place and the beach area. If you are looking for an affordable place for a couples getaway or a small family vacation don't look any farther this is the place.

  We were very pleased with the unit. It was clean, the furnishings were in good shape, kitchen was workable and all appliances worked properly. The King bed was very comfortable and the bunks worked fine for our adult daughter. The few minor negatives were the noise from upstairs neighbors (foot steps until late night), no trailer parking allowed, the wi-fi internet did not work, only one bathroom and no beach view from this unit.The owner was prompt in getting the codes to us and there were no problems with access. Good location relative to beaches and local attractions. The Oyster Bar Restaurant is one mile away and you can dine on the deck with a view of the ICW and the marina. We would definitely consider staying at this unit again.

  I would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family!! And I have already. We had a wonderful time. The condo was in great shape and very clean. Perfect for a family of 4. My children are 4 and 6 yrs. and loved the bunk beds. Location was perfect. First floor, steps to outdoor shower and pool and then a very short walk to the beach!!! Which was very clean and the water was gorgeous. The transaction of renting the condo was handled very easy with the owner. She was very helpful with any questions I had. We will definitely contact her again next summer!!! Thanks to the owner and my referral to VRBO!!!!

  Second time to enjoy this condo! It is always very clean and comfortable and easy access to beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. The grounds are well kept and clean and the staff members are always friendly. We enjoy watching the Blue Angels practice and that, too, is a short drive. Everything you need for a great vaca is there! I recommend this to everyone! The only drawback (and it is a very small drawback!) is we would like to bring our motorcycle but trailers aren't allowed. This won't keep us from coming, tho!

  I've never been to perdido Key but found the lack of commercialism that I LOVE!...yes, some big condos...but lots of open beaches that are protected. The condo was wonderful and so clean...the pictures on VRBO don't do it justice. I even got to meet the cleaning staff who were very friendly and did a great job. The owners returned emails quickly when I sent ones with questions. Though the condo isn't directly ON the beach...it might as well be...the path out of the condo led straight to the walkway to beach access. This condo was wonderful and we definitely plan to visit it again! I loved the fact that there was no smoking in the condo either...I'm allergic to it and it would've made me miserable the whole time. Thanks for letting us borrow your beautiful condo, Laurie...Georgia :)

  I really enjoyed this condo! It was so close to the pool and the beach! We found everything we needed in the condo. The furniture and beds were comfortable and it was very clean. The complex has sidewalks all the way around and it is completely gated. The owner was very nice to work with as well. I would definitely stay in this condo again!

  We have been going to Perdido Key several times a year for the past 15 years. We've always stayed at this property and have rented numerous units throughout the years. This is the first year we've stayed on the ground floor and absolutely loved how close the unit was to the pool and grill areas. The property was well kept and clean and the photos accurately reflected the property. Easy to book and the owner was helpful and timely with their responses. Deposit refund check was mailed to us the day we returned home. Would highly recommend !
