$750.00 per week* Holiday weekly rate $1200 (New Year's, Xmas, Thanksgiving, etc) $2200 per month - one week minimum (6 month min) $2500 per month - 1-6 months $250 refundable security deposit $150 non refundable cleaning fee $250 Reservation/Security Deposit due with Rental Agreement. Rental 1/2 amount due 60 Days prior to tenancy. Rental remaining amount due 30 Days prior to tenancy. If Booking Less Than 30 Days in Advance, Full Payment at Time of Booking.

Why the Owner Chose Silverstone Ranch
The gated golf community is so clean & beautiful.The single story open floor plan is very comfortable for entertaining. The living room, dining area & kitchen are all incorporated in a great room. The master bedroom & bath are split on the opposite side of the house from the guest room for ultimate privacy, Golf, Mountain views & sunsets are incredible!
