This was a comfortable, warm, immaculate vacation rental for our three day weekend in Colorado. It was an easy drive up to Breckenridge area (1h 40min), but also there are a lot of amenities nearby in Boulder. The beds were comfortable; there were enough bathrooms for 6 people to rotate and sleep. Quiet neighborhood. There is also a well equipped, new kitchen. Highly recommend for families, small group of people or romantic get-away!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.

This property is amazing! Shared with 5 other friends, spacious, clean, great location. Would definitely rent again. This was a perfect place for a getaway with friends or family. Kitchen is gorgeous as well as nook for eating. Very comfortable home! Love it.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

This property is just fantastic! Located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood that feels homey and secluded, but is actually just minutes away from the best of Boulder restaurants and entertainment options. I've stayed here twice; once with my significant other and once with a large group of friends (6 total) for a girl's ski-weekend and both times were perfect! Great kitchen for nights when we wanted to stay in and cook, awesome common areas for comfortable lounging (love the large flat-screen TV in the living room), and the master suite bathroom felt like a spa! Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for something more spacious and personal than a hotel room.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My husband had to book a property at the last minute and Jessica could not have been more helpful. The house is lovely, beautifully decorated, spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. There are bike paths and walking paths right outside. The back yard was small and private, with fall flowers in bloom. It's in a nice neighborhood, quiet and close to Pearl Street and has easy access to points north and west. We felt very much at home and Jessica was always available for any questions and concerns. We will stay here again when we return to Boulder and would recommend the property to our friends.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing.

When we decided to do an extensive remodel on our house in Boulder and had to find a rental, my husband found this one by luck. We love it, love it, love it! It is decorated very nicely, the rooms are spacious, and the neighborhood is quiet and pretty. It is conveniently located to walking and biking trails, shopping, restaurants, and Foothills Parkway. Pearl Street Mall is less than 10 minutes by car and CU is probably about the same. The kitchen has very nice dishes, glasses, flatware, and a higher-end coffee maker, toaster, slow-cooker, and pots and pans than I have in my own house. The house is on the large side, but it has a small and charming fenced backyard that I'm guessing was professionally designed and includes a patio table and tiny water feature. AND every night we can hear an owl hooting from a nearby tree! For families with kids, you should know there is an absolutely amazing bike park about half a mile from the house and a cute playground about four blocks from the house. Just so you know I wasn't paid to write such a glowing review, I will say that the two upstairs bathrooms are somewhat dated and the master shower is small. Also, we're barely smart enough to use the TV remote control and cool light switches (yes, wait till you see these!), but we get by.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing.
