Regal Oaks is a beautiful and tranquil subdivision with many mature oak trees and beautiful palm trees. There is an abundance of wildlife to observe and enjoy, most of which is located around the impressive lake within the heart of the quiet community.

This spacious and luxurious lakefront villa home now has access to fast FIOS internet service and a FIOS Premier TV package. The use of a garage door opener is also provided for our guests. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and is fully air-conditioned. Large ceiling fans are also fitted in each main room and bedroom. The south-facing pool and patio/lanai area overlook the lake. There is a gas BBQ for your use at no extra charge.

There is a grand living room area, formal dining area, an alfresco dining area, a breakfast bar, nook, a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms (one en-suite; two with patio access to the pool), two bathrooms, a poolside shower, and an equipped laundry room. The master bedroom benefits from an additional room equipped with a sofabed, ideal space for accommodating (sleeping) younger children; or can act as an extra private living area.

The heated private pool (40 by 8 feet) is excellent for swimming lengths and is equipped with a child safety screen. The extensive lanai area has all day sun with loungers, tables and chairs for dining. The house has a telephone (and includes free local calls), Cable televisions, a DVD player and two CD/Radio/tape players.

If you are feeling energetic there are two new 18-speed mountain bikes! In addition, the Bradenton/Sarasota area is a golfing haven with over 50 courses nearby. Furthermore, a five-minute drive will take you to the free use of four floodlit tennis courts. Meanwhile, the Sarasota Lawn Bowls Club is just 15 minutes from the house.

Locally, there are many facilities within a five-minute car journey from Regal Oaks. These include a Wal-Mart Super Center, Publix, other Supermarkets, The Red Barn Market, Pharmacies, Restaurants, Cinemas, Fresh Produce Farm, Blockbuster and some more commercial food outlets too. There is also a large Whole Foods Organic Food Store (10-15 mins).

The US Prime Outlet Mall is situated at Ellenton is a 15-minute drive (Ralph Lauren, Gap, Nike, Fossil, Wedgewood, Reebok etc.). The most exclusive Mall is the International Plaza located in Tampa (45 mins). There is also DeSoto Mall (10 mins), Sarasota's Mall (20 mins) and Brandon's Mall (40 mins). Downtown Sarasota and St. Armands Circle also have many Boutiques, Galleries and fine Restaurants. Clearwater and St. Petersburg are 40 minutes away.

The nearest Gulf of Mexico Beaches are 15 minutes away (Lido Beach). Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Anna-Maria Island, Coquina, Holmes and Bradenton beaches are 20 minutes. Tampa (Airport & Busch Gardens)is a 50-minute drive and Orlando 90 minutes. Sarasota and Bradenton also boast several Museums, Art Galleries, Ballet, Symphonies, Aquariums, Historic Attractions, Fishing Adventures, Greyhound Racing and Theaters. There is also a State Park, Recreation Area, Botanical Gardens, and Wild Bird Sanctuaries within easy reach.

  • This villa is beautiful. We have just returned from spending two weeks in Bradenton and cannot say enough good things about this location. The property was immaculately clean and very well equipped. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping areas as well as beaches and other attractions. The layout of the house with living areas in the center separating the master suite from the guest bedrooms and extra bath makes it especially suited for two couples or (in our case) grandparents with adult children and grandchildren. We could not have found a more suitable home for our vacation and hope to return next year.

  • Hi Darren We had a great time and everything went okay. Your house and the location is fantastic. At the house we spent most our time sitting in the lanai area, we saw lots of different birds that we usually see in a zoo, there was even a wood stork. The ducks and squirrels were fun to watch and there were geese with two baby’s. There is much to see and do and all within a one hour drive. My sister was sorry she had to leave after 17 days. Normally after two weeks she is ready to go home to her kids and grandkids, but now she didn’t have that feeling. It was her first time to the USA and she was loving every minute of it. With the house being very comfortable it was nice to be there even on my own. Shops, cinema’s, restaurants, beaches, everything is close by and of course the pool, which we called our little river, is great. All in all it was a great month (may 2008) and a fantastic vacation.   • We had a lovely time during the week we spent at this property. The children particularly liked the pool and associated facilities. The Villa was very well, equiped with everything you might need on holiday including stuff for the beach, such as towels, chairs and cooler box. The Villa is very accessible, being about 5 mins off the I75, which makes trips North/South easier.I would definitley recommend to anyone. Rgds
