Located in beautiful Seagrove Beach one mile from Seaside, this newly completed 5 bedroom /5.5 bath, 3-story house with high ceilings, elevator and high-end kitchen, is located in a private gated community at the intersection of 30A and Robert-Ellis Drive (easy access to Highway 98). Easy location close to Seaside, Watersound, & Rosemary Beach.
Right off the front porch is a private community pool which currently is only used by ourselves and possibly two other families if they are vacationing at the same time.
Snow-white beach is located just 400 yds away, an easy 4 minute paved road walk (or drive) that takes you right by a neighborhood deli/store, a bike rental store and an ice cream shop.
Each of the five bedrooms have its own adjoining bath.
Designer furnishings and an abundance of light and space create an uplifting, relaxing experience ~ 1st floor: Living area has 42” plasma TV/DVD, sleeper sofa, half bath.
The high-end kitchen has large island bar, Wolf gas range, granite countertops, & full size frig/icemaker. Dining area seats 6 and 3 additional at the bar. Good supply of equipment for the discriminating cook.

2nd Floor: King bedroom, 20” TV, bath. Bedroom with pyramid bunk, TV/ DVD & adjoining bath.

3rd Floor: Queen bedroom, TV, bath. Lounge area has wet bar, sink, frig/icemaker ~ French doors open to large patio with gulf view. Bedrooms have Simmons Beautyrest beds with healthsmart tops (featured bed in all Westin hotels).

Our family enjoyed our week at ocean breeze. The home is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The owner was helpful in answering my questions. Our grandchildren enjoyed both the beach and pool! The photo of the property and the description are very accurate. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I travel a lot and have stayed in many homes and condos and this is by far the best ever. It is immaculate, beautiful, spacious, private, quiet, and the location is fantastic. There is a bathroom connected to each bedroom which makes it convenient and private for the entire family. We could put our grandchildren on another floor and they could play while we watched a movie or we could all play games together in the spacious family room with the large table. There were numerous decks to sit on and enjoy the view and have our morning coffee. The house is right across from the pool which is very private since there is only one other house built right now that uses it and no one was there. It was an extremely short walk to the water, more like a "hop, skip and a jump". You walk out of the little development and turn right and there you see it smack dab in front of you, just up the road. Walking distance to great restaurants, bike rentals, and a deli right up the road. Lots of nice shops in the area as well as a wonderful outlet mall very close. The house has an elevator which made it so easy to get luggage to the other floors. The washer & dryer came in very convenient. They even have a cart to take your chairs, etc. to the beach. The kitchen has everything you need and is a cooks dream. This place is perfect and we intend to go back as soon as possible. We spoke to the owners and they are very accommodating and most pleasant. On a scale of 1 to 10 this is definitely a 10 plus!Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We have been vacationing in this area for over 15 years and it keeps getting better and better. Not only are the beaches fantastic, there is so much to do! Everything is available from discount shopping to high end boutiques: great restaurants, and lots of fun activities for the kids. The state park offers great sand dunes and bicycling and wonderful nature walks. The list of area attractions goes on and on. This home is located in between Seaside and Rosemary Beach - two fantastic communities. Our beach area is a straight shot from the house and is one of the prettiest beach areas around.
