Beaver Creek West Private Free Shuttle is available to take you to the Beaver Creek Gondola for quick access to the ski mountain.
Your vacation home is cozy and comfortable with all log custom built furnishiings. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, woodburning fireplace, 3 TVs and free internet and WiFi connections. There is additional sleeping capacity with a large sofa bed in the living room and bunk beds and queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Sleeps 6 privately or 8 using the living room. The newly remodeled and carefully maintained condominium is immaculate and fully equipped for a casual and relaxed environment that is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING.
You have a lovely park and playground adjacent to the property and beautiful Nottingham Lake out your front door.
Enjoy glorious sunsets over the lake (as well as ice skating, hockey , fishing, canoeing and paddleboatiing in season).
The park and lake are surrounded by paved trails that connect all the way from Edwards to the west and Vail and Copper Mountain to the east providing casual and mountain bikers all degrees of adventure. Many local area festivals and celebrations are staged in Nottingham Park -- most notably the July Fourth Celebration and Fireworks and the" Icing of the Lake" in December when winter sports are officially opened on the lake with celebration.
Local shops , services and restaurants are all an easy walk or bike ride. Beaver Creek West is a stop on the Avon city bus line for more distant destinations and has connections to Vail buses.
There are 5 major ski areas within 20 minutes (but, who wants to go anywhere else ) and 6 more within an hour. There are 6 (or more) golf courses within 15 minutes of your door. Wonderful restaurants in the near area are so numerous you
cannot possibly try them all.

About the owner: We live on the front range (eastern edge of the Rockies) in Colorado. We are retired and love spending leisure time in Avon with our children and grandchhildren and friends in Avon.,
Why the Owner Chose Avon:
We have been spending leisur etime in the Vail Valley for nearly 30 years. Our sons learned to ski there. Our grandchildren are now skiing there.
The opportunity presented itself and a home in Vail Valley was a dream we nurtured. We jumped at it and have never regretted it. We saw it as a way to keep our sons' families close to us as well as to each other,.
Property appreciates faster in the valley than almost anywhere else on earth, so it made good investment sense as well as 'fun' sense.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have given up downhill but we sled, tube and snowshoe with our grandchildren.
Enjoy friendships we have made there and share our getaway with friends. We enjoy concerts, plays and festivals and the beauty of our adopted home.
