The Dell Diamond (home to the Round Rock Express Minor League Baseball Team) is a 30-million-dollar facility and is one of the premier ballparks in all of Minor League Baseball. The Diamond also is home to various annual Expos and some really great concerts. GOLF is a must during your visit. Star Ranch Golf Club and Forrest Creek Golf Club (Named 'Best Public Golf Course in Central Texas' by Golf Digest) are both less than 5 minutes away.
Just a short drive to all major businesses in the Austin area. DELL HEADQUARTERS is located a short 4.2 miles from the house.

Lots of room and cozy furniture, for the whole family or group to watch a movie on the big screen tv with surround sound. The formal dinning area offers a place for intimate dinners, business meetings or a social get together. The bright kitchen offers a large open space for a family gathering or a quaint breakfast nook to just sit and sip your morning coffee while enjoying the sunrise from the bay window. For those fun-filled nights of excitement and laughter, there is a game room to accommodate your every whim. The poker/game table seats up to six gamers. Play a game from your own collection or from ours, which includes poker chips, cards, and a variety of other fun board games.
The master suite, adorned in rich warm colors, will call to you at the end of your adventurous day. Sink into the cozy soft linens of the pillow-top queen sized bed. The adjoining spa bathroom has a large stand-alone shower for those busy days. For those quiet evenings, when a spa time is on the schedule, pamper yourself with a relaxing hot bath in the jetted spa tub. Lush towels and two cozy soft robes are readily available for your use during your stay. There are two additional guest rooms. The 'Balloon Room', is bathed in warm colors and has a pillow-top queen bed. The 'Beach Room' is bright and cheery with a Captain's bed which includes a queen sized and twin sized bed (which is tucked away until needed.) There is a full bathroom with double sinks and a tub with shower, conveniently located just outside the two guest bedrooms. There is also a convenient powder room located just outside of the game room.
South by Southwest is just around the corner, why not escape for a weekend of music and fun in downtown Austin? This house is just minutes from Austin so you can enjoy the fun and adventure of South by Southwest and then relax away from the noise and hub bub of downtown. Enjoy a nice morning or evening on the deck with friends and/or family between events at the festival. Or you can hop into historic downtown Round Rock, Georgetown, or Hutto while you are in the area.

We came in this year for SXSW interactive. This house was a great getaway. Very well kept with comforts that we do not normally see. We will be back when visiting Austin. We would highly recommend for anyone needing a little R&R.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a beautiful home in Round Rock Texas. It is very spacious, well laid out, but very homey and comfortable. Everything was exactly as represented and the owners were so accommodating and helpful. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in the are, it is inviting for an individual and yet can handle a nice size group!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

The house was in excellent condition and superb rear patio as was described in the pictures online. The owner was a huge help in answering questions regarding the house and I would definitely refer this house to friends and relatives. The location is excellent for shopping, as it is only minutes away from the Round Rock Outlets, as well as numerous restaurants. My family and I enjoyed our stay in the house.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Our family came in for the weekend to attend our nephew's high school graduation. My sister lived nearby and we couldn't have stayed at a nicer place. All the comforts of home and so convenient to everything. It was so nice to have the room for us all to watch a movie on a great big screen tv and all enjoy the outdoors on the beautiful deck. We thank you for a great stay! My famil rented this propty for a UT graduation. This house is SPECIAL! It's warm, inviting and immaculate! The decor is beautiful and the house has every amenity imaginable, the deck is spectacular and the owners were superb in answering any questions and were available to us if needed. The pictures do not do justice for this beautiful property, upon walking in the front door, you can sense that this is a home where "love" abides, thanks to the owners for the care and detai that you provide for your guests, I would highly recommend, and will rent again!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family recently stayed at this property while celebrating a college graduation at UT. We are very familiar with Austin/Round Rock but becuase a large group of us were traveling we thought a house would be better than multiple hotel rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the size, beauty, and condition of the home. It was exceptional. Everything was thought of by the owners. Plush towels, bath robes, a chef's kitchen with EVERYTHING we would need for our large group. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, and kitchen utensils for days! No clutter, nothing out of place. Games and movies were available and easy for our kids to access. WiFi was included and easy to use. The deck was a slice of paradise. We ate each meal on the deck, and the kids enjoyed playing in the back yard. The owners were always available when we called, and nothing was overlooked in their planning for our trip. We were greeted with a generous welcome basket and lots of information about the area. Shopping is close and convenient. UT is only about 15-20 minutes away. Not only do I recommend this property, I intend to rent again and often. This will become a destination for us during football season and other UT events.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband and I have lived in the Austin/Round Rock area for over 22 years. We have one son and one daughter. We have four grandchildren between the two of them, which we adore! We enjoy traveling, RV camping, and spending time with each other. We have a home on the San Gabriel River that we enjoy as well.
