French Street Lodge is a special residence and arguably the best located home in the historic town of Breckenridge. The home is embedded in a small hillside on the south end of French St. making it very private. The privacy is not without spectacular panoramic views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the entire Ten Mile Range. The home has a short trail from the driveway to a staircase that leads down to Ridge St. and the La Cima Mall, where one can access and explore all of Breckenridge's shopping, dining, and nightlife. Merely cross Park Ave at the La Cima Mall and walk another block to the Peak 9 Base Area and Quicksilver Lift. After a day of enjoying the outdoors relax in the outdoor hot tub or settle in in front of the fireplace and take in the sunset over the mountains.
The Main Living area has an inviting open floor plan with the great room, dining room, and kitchen all looking out over the mountains. The Master Suite is located on this level with a king bed, full bathroom with his and her sinks, jetted tub, and separate shower; and a large walk in closet.
