The large master 'King' suite with adjoining bathroom offers a full bath with 'his' and 'hers' vanities and a separate toilet area! There is an additional 'Queen” guest bedroom. Our 'third' guest bedroom provides a sleeping room complete with two single beds and a double bed! All of our mattresses are clean and comfortable for a good night’s rest! All bedrooms have TV's and we offer FREE WiFi.

There were 7 of us staying in this home and it was perfect. It was very clean and had all the requirements of grillin needs and meal preparation! The neighborhood was very quiet and polite. We walked to the beach, winery, and coffee house. The back fenced in yard was all we needed for chillin and letting 'Fido' romp. He loved the 'jungle' landscape. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to relax in a clean home away from home environment.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+.

This is our second stay at Three Suns Cottage. We stayed at Three Suns the month of February 2012. We made a quick decision to go to Destin for Thanksgiving week and was happy that Three Suns was available. We love this cottage and the Frangista Beach neighborhood. The house is nicely furnished, very comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. It's close to the beach, walking paths, the Whales Tail and Pompano Joe's. The fenced-in back yard with the paver patio is great for the dog. We felt right at home and had a great time. The property manager is very easy to work with and is as nice as they come.Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

We really enjoy our stay. Beatifull house, excellent accomodations specially the kitchen. The kids had lots of FUN and my wife and I really had good time. The walk to the beach didn't take but a few minutes and the beach area was very nice.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

We had the pleasure of staying at this home during the Month of July 2012. The home is about 2 blocks from beach access which is fine with us. It was far enough away from the beach so that there was not a lot of pedestrian traffic and/or noise, yet it was close enough to make several quick trips to the beach during the day. It is also located near shops and restaurants. The large patio in the back yard was great for the several friends that we invited for a visit and BBQ. All of the appliances were very clean and well kept. The management company was a pleasure to deal with as well.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+.

We were very impressed with Three Suns Cottage. The first thing I noticed was how tastefully it decorated and how clean and well-kept it was. I am very picky and usually spend my first few hours cleaning but I didn't have to do anything but unpack - it was spotless! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious + a very nice kitchen and laundry room. The house had all the conveniences of home and just a short walk to the private beach access. We absolutely loved the fenced in yard - loads of privacy and great for pets! We look forward to our next trip.Recommended for: Girls getaway, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

Loved the house. The only suggestion would be more towels in the bathrooms. Other than that it was perfect. Will be staying there again. Great back yard for the dogs also..Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children.

Immaculate property! So very comfortable whether relaxing inside or on the back patio. Did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well furnished. Great neighborhood to walk your pet and easy access to the beach. Felt as we were a permanant resident. In the middle of everything yet our own little corner to feel we could retreat. Rental agent was so helpful and we will be back!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

My husband and two teenage daughters and I really enjoyed staying in the cottage. We ended up staying 4 nights over Spring Break utilizing the buy 3 nights get one free. The cottage was immaculate----you could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. I have rented other houses before and been disappointed that things were not so clean and so I can appreciate it! We loved the space we all had----each of the girls had their own bedroom. They could sleep together or have their own room! The proximity to the beach was great......about 3 blocks. Even though it was Spring Break, the beach was uncrowded and relaxing. We would consider coming back to the cottage for a little getaway again! Thanks so much, Linda for all your help......especially, as this was a last minute booking! Oh, and last-but-not-lest, having a place to bring our dog, Daisy was the icing on the cake! We were so glad she was able to have a little vacay, too!Recommended for: Girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, age 55+.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids enjoyed it, and had fun at the beach. Overall it was a very nice getaway for us. We would recommend it to our friends for future trips.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children, age 55+.
