Begin your day at the Twin Palms Resort in Panama City Beach by eating breakfast on our large oversized private balcony on the 11th floor. There are spectacular views from both the master bedroom and living area of our condo.
You can then venture out to relax and play in the emerald blue waters adjacent to the world’s most beautiful beach! Finish your day by watching one of the most breathtaking sunsets of your life from our spacious balcony. You can escape from the hassles of the world into one of the most pleasant vacations you can imagine.
Our two bedroom, two bath, oceanfront condo at the Twin Palms Resort features a spacious floor plan, nine foot ceilings, crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, luxurious custom cabinetry, ceramic tile floors, cultured marble vanity tops and an over-sized open balcony. It also offers covered parking, lush landscaping, a heated pool, sauna, two hot tubs, steam room and an exercise room.
Each bedroom has a queen bed and there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room area. It sleeps six. Our fully-equipped kitchen has a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Linens are provided and the washer and dryer is located inside the condo.
Family activities in the area include the Miracle Strip Amusement Park, water parks, Championship Golf Courses, great shopping, miniature golf, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and a variety of restaurants. Reserve early for prime vacation weeks.

Hi, Rex and I love to travel. When we came to Panama City Beach, the ocean so beautiful we just had to have a place here. We love to share our properties with others and hear the great time they've had at them. We have many many return guests and have become friends. Rex works with disaster relief for the state of Illinois right now. I am just getting my foot in the door with Insurance Adjusting. Rex is looking to retire in about 2 years (he hopes!!)
We have been sharing our condos and lake property for over 20 years. We take pride in caring for our properties and hope you will enjoy them too.

I've had the pleasure of staying here twice and plan to come back. It is clean and very well maintained. It was wonderful to be able to do laundry and do some of our own cooking, the condo had everything we needed. I loved the balcony, it is right off of the bedroom and living room and looks right out over the beach and into the Gulf. Both of my visits I got to sit out there and watch the Dolphins play! There is so much to do in the area, it is a great location! If you are coming here for the Ironman race in November it is within walking distance. If you are here for a family vacation there are many great restaurants near by, a Super Walmart and Pier Park Mall. While I was here with my family we enjoyed the Condo's beautiful beach right out back, took a ride on the Sea Screamer and went out to Shell Island, I recommend them all! My family and I can't wait to go back :)

My family and I came to Panama May 21-28, 2011 and had a blast. The condo was great. It was very clean and well maintained. The only problem we had was the code not working on the front door, but after a call to Penny she helped me reset it in no time. I would highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay in it again. Thanks Rex and Penny for a wonderful vacation that my family will remember for years to come.

Wow..My husband and I rented this condo from the Alexanders. The Condo was PERFECT! very spacious. extremely close to the beach and WALMART!!! GREAT VIEWS OF THE BEACH FROM THE LIVING ROOM AREA AND MASTER BEDROOM. HOPE TO STAY THERE AGAIN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO ANYONE.

A very nice and well maintained condo, clean, well equipped, beautiful view from the balcony. Lots to do in Panama City Beach. Great places to eat and a beautiful beach just a few yards away! We have been renting from Rex and Penny since 1996. We highly recommend their condos!
