We had a wonderful time in Panama City Beach and especially this condo. It was even better than we expected. The view can't even be put into words. You can see the gulf while doing the dishes....how cool is that !? You wake up each morning to the sound of the surf right outside your door. The unit was well equipped and clean. You have 2 walk-in closets and ample living space.More than anyone could hope for. We are going back again next year for sure!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time staying in your unit at Seachase! It was exactly as described in the listing. The property was clean and well-maintained. Jennifer was very pleasant to work with when discussing the property. We have stayed at Seachase many times and love the fact that it only has 64 units. We have stayed in several units in both the east and west buildings and would not hesitate to stay in this unit again. It is really nice being so close to Pier Park and the other attractions. We look forward to coming back next year!Recommended for: Age 55+.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this property. Excellent time!!! Great location, just far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to many things. Very clean and accommodating. One thing I found that have run into with other rentals was well equipped kitchen -- all utensils and pots and pans you'll ever need. Loved the floor plan, with the bedrooms at opposite ends kids did not disturb sleep at all. will definitely be a return renter.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
