Brand new luxury house at 600 yards from beautiful Playa Guiones. The ocean view is amazing with the best sunset in the world. Surrounded by green zone (protected area for wildlife), where you will see monkeys every day, squirrel and beautiful birds, etc.
The House is located on the Hill with a private paved road to access. The land is big and you will have a TOTAL privacy !
It is a 5000 square feet house with 3 main bedrooms and 1 office bedroom. American kitchen. Beautiful terrace with overflow swimmingpool all with ocean view. Each bedroom has its own luxury bathroom and large closet.
During your stay, the maid (8am to 2pm) will prepare breakfast (included for 4 people) and can cook lunch for you.

Took my family for a week to Nosara,have been here many times,this was a special week! The house the surroundings are all top notch Perfect setting!!! The kids learned to surf,the adults were treated to elegant home! Down to the house keeper and the morning treats YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My husband and I have stayed at this magical jungle retreat twice now and can't wait until our schedules free up to go again!! The house is BRAND NEW and immaculate! The design is perfectly modern and flows with the beauty of it's natural surroundings. Breath taking views from every room. The most amazing thing happened while arriving our second visit....monkeys to greet us! They were RIGHT there in the trees enjoying an afternoon snack as a family to say hello. We brought friends the second time as well to share this extraordinary experience with. The pool is amazing!! We jumped in several times throughout the day. The best part of the visit was Yerlin, the house helper. She is a beautiful person and a fabulous cook!! We love visiting what we consider to be our second home, Costa Rica...the people, the peace, the nature...WOW! And SO much to experience right there in Nosara. No need to go anywhere else! This house will forever be a part of our memories and life. We recommend this to first timers to Costa Rica, as well as seasoned travelers. Thank you for having the vision to create this home and to share it with the world!! We love you!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We (5 people) had the great pleasure to spend one week in this amazing house, spending one week in paradise. We came a few times to Nosara in the past but we never stayed in such a incredible place. Could be the most spectacular house in Playa Guiones. The daily cleaning and the help of the cook was very enjoyable as well.
