Casa Makenna is a newly constructed 3 Bedroom / 3 Bathroom home located just 25 miles (40 minute cab ride) from the Puerto Vallarta airport. **airport transfers are available**
Casa Makenna is conveniently located just a block away from local shops, markets and restaurants. A short 3 block walk will have you at the beautiful, sandy yet unspoiled beach.
The main level of the casa features a cozy family room, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessities, 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, laundry and pool/patio. The Palapa covered dinette/ lanai patio is situated next to the dipping pool that comfortably seats up to 6 adults.
The second floor is where the master bedroom and private large master bath are located. The second level also boasts a large sun deck, cushioned seating area, and wetbar! Perfect for entertaining!

Two of the 3 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. All rooms in the house have ceiling fans and each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. All linens, paper products and towels are included. Washer and dryer are available at no additional charge, however, laundry soap is not supplied. Book library and board games available. Cleaning service if requested, is included mid week during a week long stay, Additional cleanings available for fee.

                  About the owner: I am a retired police Sgt from a large metropolitan area who enjoys travel. I discovered San Pancho years ago and built my first home in 2004. After selling the home I decided to build again. I have always felt very safe there and have brought my children there numerous times. The town invites you to be as active as u like but does not frown upon just relaxing!! My favorite things about the town is its small town feel, beach, tropical vegetation, and the friendly people. Don't worry if you do not speak spanish...with a few words and a lot of hand gestures you will get by. I hope you give me the chance to make your trip as enjoyable as possible!

                  Why the Owner Chose San Francisco (San Pancho):
                  I like the proximity to the airport and yet the town is small and not overdeveloped. I have had great experiences in San Pancho. Take a walk up the hill through the Cosat Azul neighborhood. When you get to the top you will look out over the ocean and see why this is such a great place!

                  The Unique Benefits at this House:
                  The home is a 3 minute walk to the beach. There are markets and many restaurants nearby. The polo field is 3 blocks away for those who would like to experience a real polo match. This property is a great value in a great location.
