I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the above property and plan to rent it again next year if its available. The house was beautiful, comfortable and located in a quiet, safe area. There were many great restaurants and shopping. It was close to Miami, the casino, flea markets, the beach and my friends who live in the area. My guests who visited me were very impressed and enjoyed themselves. The cleaning service that I used was excellent. I have rented properties in this area for several years, but was never as pleased as I was at this property. Also, the City Hall and library were just around the corner. I used the library several times. My only wish was that I could have stayed two months instead of just one.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

My family of seven stayed here for 10 days and we enjoyed ourselves. For starters, the owner was helpful in all matters regarding the property. If we had any questions we called him and he helped right away. The property was very clean and well-kept. The photos accurately reflected the rental's appearance. The rooms were spacious and the closet space make it feel like home. The property is in a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood. Overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property, we are a family that usually stays in hotel suites and we are so glad we rented this house this time around.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Having lived in the Fort Lauderdale area for 30 years, I still love the ocean and great year round climate. The attractions are abundant. Besides the beach there is golfing, fishing and shopping. The restaurants are too many to count and the nightly entertainment is world famous. Anyone looking for some fun in the sun with beautiful sandy beaches and delicious evenings will enjoy this area.
