There is a lot of privacy for each occupant and three decks for relaxing or sunning. Walking distance to the beach (7 blocks) yet away from the crowds. This place rocks!

This house is so spacious that we can have large groups of family and friends--there is room for privacy while we have large family dinners as well. We love the pool, location and the kids have always loved the fourth floor where they can 'hang' without adults!

Family of 9 there in July 2010... We loved it! Great location and price. Furnishings were comfortable and clean. House was VERY well stocked - from coffee maker to a hair dryer to lots of beach and pool items. Pool was small but also clean and close by. We walked to several bakeries and shops while there, although really need car or bikes for beach. Dock, trail (with apple tree) and grassy area was cute - should have brought a butterfly net for the kids. Pat was helpful and accomodating.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
