Come and enjoy a boat viewers dream perched on the edge of Townsend Gut, overlooking Maine's busiest waterway. Spectacular views from either inside or out on the waterside deck.
Located next door to an old world themed wine and specialties shop. Across the street you can watch our local lobstermen unload their daily catch at Robinson's Wharf, which offers takeout or on the wharf dining and a new oyster bar and brew pub upstairs!!
Exclusively for our guests you may charter a hands-on experience of lobstering aboard the lobsterboat, Captain Riley, where you can bait bags and band claws in exchange for dinner.
Policies: No smoking in the boathouse cottage please.
Deposit: Half due at time of booking. Balance due two weeks prior to date of rental.
Cancellation Policy: If a guest has made a deposit and finds it necessary to cancel the reservation, we will make every effort to re-rent the boathouse cottage. If we are unable to re-rent, we reserve the right to retain the booking deposit.
