  My husband, son (2.5 years old) and I, including my son's nanny and her husband all had a wonderful vacation in Hermosa Beach! We loved the close proximity of this condo to the beach- only a few very short blocks! Plus, it was easily walkable to downtown Hermosa for easy access to many restaurants and shops. The condo was cute, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and had plenty of space. The owner was more than accomodating and gave us lots of great tips on "must do's' in the area. I would highly recommend this property!

  Family of four- 2 boys age 6 and 8. We initially chose this condo because it was a bit more economical, there was a pool and the communication with the owner was top-notch! Very kind and easy going and she even took me to the grocery store when i arrived to stock-up for the week! This is the kind of vacation that you don't have to rent a car! A cheap cab ride from L.A. Otherwise we had a simple 3 minute walk to the beach from this place-AND in our opinion is the best part of the beach in that area! Very clean and very rarely crowded. We had the pleasure of watching Dolphins while we spent the day at the beach- just right in front of us- they were there for about 3 hrs! We rode bikes down the strand, we went to Redondo Pier and hung-out at Hermosa. There are two great places to get food easily from there or other necessities (Granny's and Mickey's). On the days when the weather was just ok we enjoyed the pool and hot-tub and almost every evening was a good place to end-up and have a drink with my hubby while the kids would swim. The street that the condo is on is very nice, cute and safe! The condo itself is very comfortable and clean. I liked the kitchen a lot and we spent much of our time on the balcony w/ coffee in the morning and cocktails at night. The beds are comfortable, nice linens, plenty of towels and things for the beach-cooler, chairs, boogie board, etc.. I would recommend this condo to friends and family and we plan to go back!

  I stayed for a week with my mom and a friend at this conveniently located, wonderfully comfortable and impeccably clean condo. Even with my mom who is elderly, it was less than a five minute walk to the actual beach/the Strand and just an easy three minute drive to the Pier where there were plenty of restaurants and shops that kept us pleasantly entertained. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe with a nice park behind the building. The condo is in an ideal location where we could quickly get to the plaza for groceries, Redondo Beach Pier for fishing (yes, they rent rods there) or to the freeway for more sightseeing (only 25 mins to Santa Monica, 45 mins to Beverly Hills). There is a pool on the property too but we didn't use it (although it looked well-kept). It was great that the condo has a full kitchen with accoutrements (coffeemaker, dishwasher, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc), and the owner was kind enough to keep it stocked with coffee, spices, juice, milk, pasta, cereals and the like for guests. It really helps especially when getting in late at night! It's also nice to have a home-cooked meal when you're on the road for awhile. The place itself is clean and spacious enough that we never felt in each other's way. Two full baths and the office space was a definite bonus! There are two televisions - one in the living room and one in the master bedroom - and a dining room table that has room for 6 - 8 people. It made for easy entertaining when we had a couple of friends visit. I should also mention the parking; it helps to have a dedicated space in a secure lot under the building. We never had any trouble with getting in or out and it simply takes the stress out of trying to find a spot. It was a lovely place to stay and we'll definitely be back!

  I just took my niece and nephew for a week during their spring break....this is the email/discription I sent to my boss who is looking to rent this summer: Cute updated looking building, 3 bedrooms – I like this because never once have I felt like we are on top of each other and this is huge in my world. Master – queen bed and its own bathroom, Office / sleeper sofa room, baby room with a twin bed, 2 bathrooms (both with tubs, one of which has jets), good size living room (couch, love seat, coffee table, TV w/cable (bring movies) -carpeted which is nice for floor lounging. Ocean can be seen from sitting on the couch, dining room – seats 6, kitchen – has everything you would need, DESIGNATED parking space IN A SECURED GARAGE (finding street parking sucks), able to have brought all our bikes and securely lock them up down there, second space is yours too…. ) 3 blocks from the sand - It seems like a very short distance. Close by and all the things we did: Biked on the boardwalk, took walks in the evening, Santa Monica Pier, read books, Disneyland, watched TV (bring movies) Venice beach, played cards - Excellent time! Now all of these things can be found all over the place, here is the closer for me: POOL AND Jacuzzi o In all the days I have been here I have seen 2 people down there once…. o Don’t feel like dealing with the beach....can go to the pool o Just want to head down quick after dinner….pool o After the kids go to sleep…. Jacuzzi Additionally the onwer was AMAZING and made us feel incredibly welcome and that our good time was important to her. We could not have asked for more - we will be back! Thank you!

  Our family of four (two adults and 2 kids) had a great trip and a comfortable stay in this Hermosa condo. The close proximity to the beach, access to the pool, and pleasant comforts of the condo made out trip very fun and relaxing. The condo was very convenient to everything in Hermosa and Redondo, making it easy to visit with our friends and family in the area. We will definitely stay there again in the future.
