The unit is a fully equipped 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom, 1600 Sqft Condo. The condo is located on Marco Island, FL across the street from the Marriott Resort & Convention Center. This unit is the largest floor plan in San Marco Residences. There is a large state of the art kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a large island/ breakfast bar with 4 stools. You have a beautiful view of the Gulf as you sit at the Kitchen Island. The unit has been professionally decorated with coastal decor. All brand new furniture has been purchased for the 2012-2013 rental season.If you've never been to Marco Island, it's like a tropical island in the US. This unit is located on the 6th Floor, which is the Penthouse level with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Sunsets are breathtaking!! The condo can accommodate a maximum of (6) people. The living room has a queen size deluxe air sleeper sofa. Free Wireless Internet is also available in the unit. There are 2 lanai's with patio furniture.
The ground floor area of the condo facility includes a tennis court, swimming pool and BBQ Gas Grill along with a private parking space. The Private Beach Access is directly accessible from the condo. You are within walking distance to restaurants, movies and shopping.

the condo was newly renovated and beautiful. We shared the condo with our three grown children and son-in-law and their was plenty of room. the view of the beach was breathtaking and beach access was directly across the street. I highly recommend this Property to anyone!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My family and I had a great stay at this condo. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything that a vacationer would need. The location is perfect too... it directly across from the beach so the sunset views are spectacular. It is also walking distance to many stores, restaurants, a movie theater etc The grounds of the condo are quiet and well kept and include a tennis court, pool and a great BBQ area. The owner was great to deal with-- we were able to contact her via phone or email before and during our stay. We are already planning our stay for next year!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The condo I stayed out was absolutely beautiful. Stunning views from balconies. Extremely clean. The whole condo has been updated with beautiful furnishings. The beach was breathtaking and is literally across the street. The restaurants were fabulous . I highly recommend the wave runner tour. Beautiful walks in the morning. And great sunsets. A fabulous vacation spot!! 10 stars in my book.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

What a fabulous home you have. It was very nice to spend this past week at your condo. The views were fantastic and the amenities were as well. This was a first time trip to Marco for my kids and they were blown away with the condo and all the room they had. We traveled to the everglades to view the crocs and went off shore fishing out of the marina in town. We spent copious hours on the beach. Everything was so close and easy to get to. Your condo seemed to be right in the middle of all our activities. The access to the beach was as described and super easy to get to. Thanks for giving us a "home-base" on this fantastic trip. Cant wait to come back again next year. This was our first time using VRBO and we hit a home run. Easy Access to the beach, a good sized pool, friendly people, and everything Marco Island has to offer made our stay a great experience. This a large newly redecorated unit with a fully stocked kitchen. All you need for the beach has been provided (Umbrella, chairs and cooler and even beach towels) I can't say enough good things about this condo.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

From the moment we first entered the condo, we knew we made the right choice. Everything is brand new and beautifully decorated just as the pictures show. The building is very quiet and conducive to total relaxation. Sunsets on the balcony were breathtaking. The beach access across the street is a definite plus. The pool was sparkling clean and kept at a warm 90 degrees. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Beach access is directly across street. Lovely Gulf views from condo. Unit is immaculate & beautifully updated with all new furniture. Kitchen fully equipped to meet all cooking needs. Building , pool & grounds nicely maintained. Owners very accessible & helpful with any questions. We would highly recommend this rental.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

What a gorgeous, luxurious condo. Everything was brand-new and of very high quality. Two big balconies with good views of the ocean and beach. The condo was HUGE. Exceptionally clean. Tracey was very responsive via email and phone. Just be aware that the washer/dryer are not in the unit (but right next to it), so you'll need to bring quarters. Would highly recommend this condo.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

This fabulous Penthouse with all amenities across from Marriott Marco Island. Open concept with 2 bedrooms with on suite, extra half bath. Great views from lanai of ocean. Granite countertops with stainless appliances. Gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook a great meal. Parking on site. Elevator and carts to move your luggage. Grounds immaculate. You won't want for anything. Tracey and her husband are accessible for any inquiries. This is a vacation condo you won't want to leave!! Walking distance to restaurants but you won't want to leave to views from the lanai. It can't get any better than this.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children.

We love Marco Island and have been vactioning here for years. The beaches are amazing, and the island has a tropical feel. We purchased this property because of the location to the public beach access directly across the street. The views from the condo are fantastic! You can see the Gulf from the living and dining areas and the channel from the front door. The building is very well maintained and convenient to shopping and restaraunts.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We have the largest unit in the building. We knocked down walls to create an open concept floor plan, increased the ceiling height, completely remodeled all the bathrooms, there are California Closets in all of the walk in closets which means plenty of storage, the unit is located directly next to the laundry room.
