The three-bedroom, two-bathroom unit is located on the third (top) floor in the southwest corner of the building with an abundance of sunlight and views. It has two huge balconies, 8 feet by 20 feet, on both the east and west ends, as well as skylights in the two bathrooms and kitchen.
The unique furnishings are from the owners' 30 years of overseas living mostly in Asia. You will find Tibetan carpets and bronze ware from Nepal, along with custom designed furniture from Laos with handmade silk coverings. There are large pieces of furniture from China, including a colorful buffet from Gansu province, an antique Chinese chest used as a TV stand, a Tibetan drum and table, as well as Cambodian silk, Rajasthani wall hangings, Hmong needlework, and several pieces of specially commissioned Chinese lattice woodwork.

About the owner: We are a family who has lived all around the world for the past 30 years in such places as Nepal, Bolivia, Thailand, Japan, Laos, and China. No matter how exotic our overseas locations have been, we are always blown away by the scenic beauty and sense of community we get upon returning to Boulder. This is an incredible place to live, and we plan on retiring here someday.
Why the Owner Chose Boulder:
We chose to buy this house because we have longstanding ties to the Boulder area and own other property there. The location in the heart of Boulder is excellent and furthermore the location of the unit on the top floor at the south west perimeter of the building. I think it is the best unit in the complex and within easy walking distance of all services and entertainment.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
It's a five-minute walk to the North Boulder shopping area, and a ten-minute walk to the Pearl Street Mall, with close proximity to open space. Scenic wonders abound, with easy access to the Peak-to-Peak Highway (which leads to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park). If you're a cyclist or a rock climber, there's no better place to live in North America. Lake Eldora ski area is a 35 minute drive up Boulder Canyon just past Nederland. Gambling casinos can be found in the old gold mining towns of Black Hawk and Central City. The unit has has two underground parking spaces.
