You can enjoy the patio with a table and 4 chairs plus 2 chaise lounges. Enjoy the water feature and extensive desert landscaping with lots of flowers while viewing the Santa Rita mountains.
Master Bedroom has a King bed and Master bathroom has a walk-in shower and dual sinks.
Guest Bedroom has a Queen Bed.
Augusta model features vaulted ceilings, and an open view from high windows in the Great Room. Relax on the Sofa with two reclining sections. Watch TV on the new 42" HDTV which includes Cox cable. Internet and Wi-Fi are also included.

Now for those of you want some more activities, Quail Creek Golf Course has 27 holes of championship golf. The course is framed by an inspiring southwestern setting. A truly enjoyable course for all golfers.

Anza Athletic Club is 9,000 sq. feet +. This includes a Cardio Exercise Room, Aerobics, rooms, Wellness Room as well as as a locker room and shower facilities. Outside facilities include Bocce Ball Courts, lap pool, whirlpool and a free form pool.
The Quail Creek Grill and Lounge is the perfect place to relax and meet your friends and neighbors for a casual meal or drinks after a round of golf.

Year Purchased: 2008
About the owner: I am a divorced medical professional still living and working in Anchorage , Alaska about 2/3 rds of the year. I love to travel, garden, a sunny dry climate and the outdoors. I had been traveling and looking in the southwest for some years and settled on the Quail Creek Robson development . I also love to play golf and hike, so this was a wonderful find and match. I had the home built in early 2008 and have used it mainly for 2 week sun breaks in the spring and fall. I have been delighted spending time there just south of Tucson and hope to move there after I retire for about half the year.
Why the Owner Chose Quail Creek:
I love the scenic views of the area below the Santa Rita mountains. The close proximity to wonderful hiking in the famous Madera Canyon area has been very appealing. The 27 holes of golf and very inexpensive cost was a huge plus. It is so much cheaper by far than Palm Springs, Scottsdale or most of the US resort areas . I have also noticed the cheapest gas prices in the US , very much more inexpensive grocery costs, and I love the sunny, dry weather. The security of the gated , very quiet, private community was a big plus. I also love to garden and have a nice big back yard with a great mountain view and many desert plants, cactus, flowers, fruit trees and shrubs. It has just been a wonderful place to relax and be in.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
I so enjoy using the wonderful Anza athletic club at no cost to the owners , their guests and the people who rent homes there. The exercise equipment is excellent and very complete. The facility also has a 24 hour access to the pool complex, with a 5 lane 25 yd lap pool, a large open pool with water features and a large hot tub spa. There is a 27 hole golf course at very reasonable rates and 6 lighted excellent tennis courts. Then there is an extensive walking or trail system. All in all, the area is a delight to spend time in and is only 30 min south of the Tucson airport off the I-19 so one never has any traffic to deal with. Downtown Tucson is only about 30 min away also. Tucson has many wonderful restaurants and several big shopping centers. I also love to drive about 30 min south to the famous Tubac art colony and town.
