  My stay was excellent. Jenn is awesome and the place is perfectly located to be able to walk pretty much everywhere. The next time I come to Boulder, I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Jenn!

  Jenn has created a wonderful hideaway in a beautiful neighborhood. We actually hiked from the house up to the top of the Royal Arch Trail in the Flat Irons and rewarded ourselves with a delicious, reasonably priced dinner at the newly renovated Dining Hall at Chautauqua. The rental was near UC Boulder campus but far enough away from frat row to enjoy a peaceful stay. Jenn thought of everything, and her daughter's paintings were a nice added touch to an already cheery space. Plus, the robe/slippers were a real bonus after a long day's hike! Would definitely recommend a stay here, and we hope to return soon.

  This lovely right near Chautauqua has an extremely comfortable bed and is well-furnished with lovely little touches throughout. Owner, Jen, was very accommodating and hospitable. Our stay in Boulder was made all the more memorable by the good fortune we found at this great Garden Apartment. We'll be back!

  This charming apartment in the Chautauqua neighborhood of denver is a short walk from the excellent hiking trails of Chautauqua park, and also a short walk from the Colorado State Campus. This would be a great location for parents visiting their students, but for us it served as a great launching point for enjoying the sights of Boulder, of which there are many. Conveniently located for a ~8 minute drive to Pearl Street Mall, and the same distance to the many newer shopping opportunities in and around 28th Street. Basement apartment was well decorated with brightly colored furnishings (many from Ikea) and the apartment was clean and private. Only caveat, if you are over 6'3" you will have to learn to duck as the fixtures on the low (6'8") ceiling hang down in places. All in all, a very nice place and we would stay again.

  Places was perfect. Clean. Cute. Spacious. In a great neighborhood. Two blocks from CU and two blocks from the park. Hostess was a real sweetie. We will be going back ! Highly recommended.

  My husband and I had a wonderful stay here, with Boulder on our doorstep, plus mountains at the other side!! Everything was provided for us and the welcome was great too. Will stay again, most definitely!! Thank you.

  Our weekend at VRBO # 384244 was just perfect. Beautiful, spacious apartment in a very lovely area of Boulder about a mile from the Pearl St walking mall and within walking distance of University Hill and a GREAT breakfast diner! Jen's decor is impeccable and the extras included chocolate and snacks. Our local family joined us in "our" spacious spot so we could show it off before going to Boulder's Dinner Theater which was an easy 10 minute commute. We'll be booking our next trip to BDT as well as to our new favorite VRBO soon!

  My stay here was ideal. The apartment is new, well furnished, and full of color which made it a remarkably comfortable place to stay. Jennifer and Morgan, the owners in the main house above were super friendly and accomodating. It truly felt like my home away from home. No doubt I will be back to stay here in the future!
