The house was not clean - dead bugs on the floor and kitchen counters, food spilled in refrigerator, carpets stained, etc. The cleaning service came back and cleaned after we complained. The garage door opener and the fireplace were not working - they sent in repairmen to fix. TVs in bedrooms were ancient and did not work. There were not enough blankets or coffee mugs. Overall the accommodations were average. There were several small things that could be easily fixed that would greatly improve this rental property. The yard and the neighborhood were nice. Plenty of grassy area for our dog. We really appreciated the extra space and the elevator since one in our group was disabled.Recommended for: People with disabilities, pet owners.

Our first family vacation in 12 years. This was the perfect house for our three married kids and two single sons and three grandsons. The accommodations were great. We had a very enjoyable stay and a very relaxing time together as a family. The property has been well maintained.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Had a wedding in Pensacola and wanted aplace where everyone could get together. Was perfect, cooked on the grill, went swimming, and close to several good restaurants. Rooms were large, light, and airy and we truly enjoyed our stay. Will probably be back.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

We were so excited to spend a week in this lovely home on the water and it super exceeded our expectations. There was ample room for the whole family to spread out and still feel connected. The home is beautifully furnished, yet comfortable. The views of the Bay were spectacular and we loved watching the waterfowl and dolphins throughout the day and early evening. It is quiet and peaceful. The management had decorated the home for the Holidays in a beautiful and tasteful way. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. All we had to do was bring our food, clothing and personal items.We could not have enjoyed ourselves more.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, people with disabilities, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
