just came back from the condo, can't say enough nice things about it. the whole experience from dealing with dawn, to the people at the condo to the guy on the beach. all were fantastic. the condo is right on the beach. it was just great. the condo is clean, spacious and fully equipped. just a great experience all around. thank you dawn, we loved it and hope to go back again real soonDid you find this review helpful? I must say that my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves. The cable is limited so if you don't speak/understand spanish be prepared to only watch about 4 channels. Delmond (the Haitian maintenance man on the property) is extremely pleasant and although he doesn't speak English, he understood my mixed French and Spanish, LOL. The pool on the property is nice. The beach is truly a small walk and folks that work on the beach are really great. You can parasail, snorkel, get great drinks, hop on a motoconcho, get a taxi, arrange excursions, all in the vicinity. Just talk to Delmon for a taxi or Augustine at the parasail stand for water and other excursions. There are two Santas (ladies) on the beach. The one from Haiti can braid your hair and the one fro mthe DR gives great massages at a reasonable price (just tell that their Grande Amiga said hello, lol) The bed was really comfortable. Nice appliances. Bottom line, whenever I go back to Punta Cana, I will def check to see if this property is available. They are close to everything via walking, motoconcho, taxi, or driving. Condo was excellent and very well equipped. 100 yards from the beach and walking distance to many nice beach restaurants and bars. Good security and great service. Dawn and Rafael's condo in El Cortectito was a pleasure to stay in during our week in the Dominican Republic. It was immaculate, close to the beach, and Delmund, the maintenance guy, was very friendly, as were the workers responsible for the aquatic sports on the beach. The grocery store, pharmacy, and many restaurants were walking distance. Dealing with Dawn was a pleasure from the beginning and her replies to my questions before the trip were always quick and efficient.
