The Condo was very comfortable and felt like home! We enjoyed every moment, from the birds in the back yard to the hot tub. The Yacht Club was a great place to go also, everyone is so friendly. Cathy had everything there that you would need and allowed us to use it which was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing time.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

This isn't our first stay at a VRBO, but it is the first time that I have bothered to rate. We really like this condo. It's clean and comfortable. It is situated in a nice gated community with a lovely pool and hot tub. The "yacht club" is also nice and provides free wifi. The owner has provided nearly everything that you could ask for. The owner was also extremely helpful in making sure that we were comfortable and that any of our concerns were alleviated. Not only would I recommend this spot to a friend, I'm kinda hoping we can stay here again next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

The location is close to everything and the compex is beautiful! This is a perfect honeymoon destination or small family vacation. The pool is heated and right on the bay. Perfect! I never want to go home.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Clean and cute, this condo was the perfect place for us to spend two weeks. We had a ball visiting the beautiful beaches and spent a few days right on the property, making use of the hot tub, pools, and fitness room. Close to many great places to eat as well. We loved downtown St. Petersburg as well. Everything was there, including beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cooler. We even found umbrellas for the rainy days. Loved having the maps and places recommendations at the condo as well. We will return!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: My husband and I were thrilled to buy this condo in March, 2011. Brad is a farmer and I am a nurse. We have four adult boys between us. We hope to spend more time there later, but must stay in Illinois to pay for it! We live on a lake in a small town in southeastern Illinois.
Why the Owner Chose St. Petersburg:
We love the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches and the wonderful seafood. The first time we looked at this property, dolphins were playing right there by the yacht club. We also love the security that we felt.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
We love to go to the beaches, eat seafood, go to the Rays games, go downtown, Busch Gardens. We also enjoy watching the cruise ships go by. There is a lot to do on the property.
