- listing description was accurate and photos reflected the property's appearance - everything was in order and clean - convenient to have towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. available - information binder was thorough and did a good job orienting guests to entertainment and transportation options - shuttle was easy to use and made everything in the area reasonably accessible to anyone without a car - recommend updating kitchen appliance(s)Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children.

This is a very comfortable townhouse. The owners accurately describe the townhouse, its location, views, and nearby amenities. We did need the car to haul people and gear to and from the slopes, shopping, and restaurants at the mountain (right across the highway), although there is a bus available on the main road at the front of the complex. There are also two groceries conveniently located on the same side of the highway as the condo just a few minutes by car or bus. The listing photos accurately reflect the condo's appearance, although the main living area was a little nicer than the photos. The master bedroom, on the top level, is ample, with a good sized desk and chair, and a secondary reading area off of the master which allows night owls to read. The secondary bedrooms were nice in size, with decent closet space, chests of drawers, and standard bathrooms attached. Everything was clean and in good condition. We liked having two nice sized dining tables, using one for laptops and reading, and the other for meals. The wifi was accessible throughout the townhouse. The owners were available by telephone, very responsive, and pleasant to deal with. This is a nicely maintained townhouse, and we recommend this property.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your house in Vail. It was perfect for the number of people we had staying there and also for the number of people we had come to the reunion......There were even deer keeping us company in the backyard. The kids loved that. I have NEVER stayed at a resort house that was better equipped with all the of things you had. We never wanted for anything and we had everything at our disposal. Your house at Vail made our first family reunion a very special time and one that we will never forget... The views were spectacular and the house was beautifully decorated... Thanks so much for allowing us to use your house.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
